Within just a few short weeks, through her Nova Galactic technique, I was able to release layers of trauma that I had been carrying for years. Today, I feel lighter, more open, more connected, and deeply grateful for my everyday life. Working with Sim reminded me that there are people in this world who genuinely care about helping others heal and step more fully into themselves -- and Sim is truly one of those people. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced. I could feel the energy moving throughout my body, and although it was intense (in the best way possible), I felt completely safe, supported, and at ease in her presence. After that first session, I experienced some of the biggest milestones of my life: I got engaged, eloped, and landed my dream job. While everyone's journey is different, that experience has always stayed with me. I recently returned in 2026 for a Nova Galactic session, and it was exactly the reset I needed. During the session, I could feel myself releasing what was no longer serving me, and I left feeling lighter, calmer, and filled with light. I'm so grateful our paths crossed again after all these years. Sim has a true gift, and I highly recommend Reiki West Los Angeles to anyone looking for a safe, transformative healing experience.

She was wonderful about working with ASL interpreters and took care to make sure I had access to everything throughout the course. That meant so much to me. I took her three-day Reiki Mastership course, and by the end, I wished it had lasted longer! Although the days were long, she provided plenty of breaks and opportunities to rest during the healing experiences. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had...spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. It also came at a lovely time in my life, as I had just started a new fitness routine and was making more space for taking care of myself. Meeting people from all over the world was wonderful, and the group felt so supportive and encouraging. I especially enjoyed practicing with others in class and having that hands-on experience. I'm already looking forward to taking her Refresher Course. I highly recommend Hae Lee and her teachings!

As a teacher and guide, Hae is exceptional. She creates an atmosphere that feels safe, grounded, and deeply supportive. Throughout the training, I felt held, seen, and encouraged to explore energy work in a way that felt aligned and authentic to me. Her teaching style is clear, thoughtful, and intuitive. She balances theory, practice, and embodiment with ease, and by the end, I felt confident, empowered, and excited to integrate what I had learned. My in-person Reiki session with her was equally profound. From the moment I walked into her space, I felt an immediate sense of calm and grounding. Hae has a gentle yet powerful presence, and her intuitive insights during the session resonated deeply especially during this transitionary chapter of my life. The energy work felt soft but strong, and I left feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely recharged. The aromatherapy and sensory touches elevated the experience even more and made it feel incredibly intentional and nourishing. Hae is intuitive, nurturing, and deeply connected to her work. I'm so grateful for both the training and the session. They've supported my growth personally and professionally in more ways than I expected. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

And it has only been a couple hours since my first session. I came back home after this session to my sickly dog. I saw she had a service for pets on her website. I had texted her after my session: "Just thought I should let you know (and no rush or anything) but [my dog] has been shaking all day today in his back legs and lower back region He's had back problems before and the vet said they can only really act on emergencies just so worried for my baby." She responded, saying she will do his session in a bit. I didn't have to do anything. Just a couple minutes had gone by and his energy clearly shifted. It was unbelievable. I mean, he was immobile all day and just sad. Then all of a sudden, he's eating, walking around faster than he had been in a couple days, excited to go out. I am beyond amazed and so grateful to have had this experience and for my dog as well. I hope everyone and their pets who are going through anything find Soraya and experience her healing work. I reminded her of the actual day & time (Thursday) and was excited for my session. On the actual day, she texted me to cancel and postpone for Sat, which I acknowledged and asked what time would be best. Crickets. I heard nothing back from her. I waited a few days in patience and didn't want to pester her. However it's Tuesday... It wasn't until I texted her reminding her that at the end of the day we are all going through tough times and it's unprofessional for her to not communicate and follow through or honor her word, I finally got a response. It's unfortunate that I didn't get to experience what other clients have raved about on here. However, I believe everything happens for a reason, and lessons are learned to do better. Live by the Golden rule because I'm sure she wouldn't have liked it if the tables were turned. Flaky and unprofessional is my verdict.

Her thoughtfulness shines -- you can tell she puts in a lot of thought and care for each session to go as deep as possible. During her energy healing session, I reached very similar states on consciousness to that of a deep acupuncture or breathwork experience. She creates such a loving, safe space for you to fully expand into the experience, as the worries of the outside world melt away. I really enjoyed the story she told during the session: you're walking in nature, you see a tree, you go inside of it and see your parents, then forgiving them with compassion. It activated my imagination, while at the the same time gave me a deep sense of empathy for my parents. I would whole-heartedly recommend Janice for anyone seeking to positively shift energy in their life. It's definitely something you'd want to do regularly to get even deeper effects.
