Do not buy from uneeksupply worst customer service ever! If anything goes wrong with your purchase uneeksupply will just sit back and do nothing. You tell them that FedEx stated that the shipper told them to destroy the package and uneeksupply will completely deny it then give you the run around to get your refund. They refuse to take responsibility and insist on passing the buck to Ebay to take care of this situation. Their customer service is complete garbage you have to explain the same thing over and over even though it is in writing. I don't even think they take the time to read the entire message before sending a message asking you to do something you already told them you did. This is 1 of the absolute worst transactions I've had in 20 years shopping Ebay! I had a chance to speak to someone over the phone and they had the audacity to tell me I don't have time for this! I ordered a small part from them for my 2007 Ford Focus. I received the product quickly. Thanks for that. However, when I ran into trouble installing the product, I called in. The woman on the phone flat out told me, "We don't do technical support. But, ask for Kelly, she will be able to tell you if the product will work with your car. Call back in an hour." Really?! Call back in an hour? Try this on, phone answering woman, "Let me get your name and number and I'll have Kelly follow up with you when she returns to the office." That's the way customer service sounds! So, then, I called back and got Kelly right away. Here's how the conversation went: Me: "Kelly, I called in a little while ago with a problem. I have product x-xx-xx and was told that you could help." Kelly: "No, we don't provide tech support." Me: "Can you tell me if the product is rated for my car like your website says it is? The last representative told me that the product doesn't work on all Ford Focus models." Kelly: "Try calling the manufacturer." Me: "Thanks a lot. Do you have the manufacturers number?" I used their website to order something for my car. I got the wrong product and they did not include a return label or email me one. They took weeks to answer my emails requesting one, then avoided it by asking what my car make and model was to help me find the right product. Company sent me the wrong part. Ordered what they had listed for my vehicle and it would not fit. I had to ruin the OEM wiring by cutting off all clips and direct wiring in order to make it work. Asked company for a refund due to them selling me the wrong part and they said NO. Told them I would send back the clips so that they knew I was not scamming them and so that they would know that the item they had listed on their web site really did not work on my vehicle so that other people would not be inconvenienced. Ordered parts on friday. Monday morning I got tracking info showing the item was shipped. Wednesday I checked tracking and item showed it had not been picked up by usps. Called in and they said they were holding my order for a month while waiting on one back ordered part. That they had emailed me stating that fact. Checked email and nothing was sent after the tracking info. Called back later to talk to this infamous 'Kelly' which told me the previous customer service rep was wrong that they had not held my order but had in fact shipped it out on monday and would ship the backordered part when it arrived. Checked tracking Thursday and seen where after my call on Wednesday they had taken and dropped off my package and had NOT shipped it on monday. I had paid for two day expedited shipping mind you. Sure you messed up but lying about it only makes this company worse. Please avoid we as consumers deserve better suppliers and only by avoiding them like the plague can we force good suppliers. read more
