I reached out to Iconiq, and the owner, Rick, personally called me back. He immediately took the situation seriously, offered several solutions, and made sure I was taken care of. That's the kind of customer service that really stands out. Needless to say, I'm a satisfied customer. My tattoo was completed, and the issue was resolved professionally and promptly. The shop was always clean, well-organized, and spacious enough to move around comfortably during breaks. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the other artists were friendly and supportive. Several of them stopped by to check on my tattoo, offer their opinions, and make sure everything was coming out right. Tattoos aren't cheap these days, but you get what you pay for. I was nervous from the start but some other girls in the lobby area were also waiting and one of them told me the nipples don't hurt too bad and I took good faith in her. From there, I went to the back and the guy I believe is Jesse took great care of me. He gave me the whole rundown on how I'm supposed to take care of them. The sea salt soaks and that I have to be careful when cleaning them. He also asked me about sizes and how noticeable I wanted them. The forcepts he used came from a sterilized pouch and so did the jewelry. Once he got me set, he marked me and I laid back on the chair and from there he was very gentle and quick while doing it. He talked to me while he was doing it so I was calmer than I thought I would be. The first one hurt but the second definitely hurt more. However he also explained that when I am healing up that for later I can go back and see the jewelry he has and he will replace it for me and take care of me and charge me the price of the jewelry. He is a very great piercer and I am glad I trusted him with my nipples. He charged $55 for both nipples. I'm on day two of having these piercings and after sleeping I feel totally fine. A little discomfort after the sea salt soak, but honestly feel normal. I was expecting to feel sore but the way he pierced me was great. TLDR; Jesse is a top tier piercer, he gave me great nipple piercings and talked me through it. Great prices and gives you the whole rundown for aftercare. Nipple Piercings are $55. He only uses sterilized jewelry. 10/10 will definitely come again.
