Having any procedure done to the face is a big deal. After lots of research and reading endless…read morereviews, I chose @Kayanabeauty. From the start, the communication was beyond exceptional. Each communication preps the client for their responsibility, what to expect, and whats next. The studio is within a beautiful and private locked (for safety) facility that requires notification to enter. It is located in a large corner mini shopping area with plenty of parking. Upon arrival , the client sends a text to gain entry. Kay comes to the door and brings you to her quaint private, very clean, bright and nicely decorated studio. After meet and greet introduction Kay goes over the process of how she will spend more time mapping and measuring to perfection before actual procedure. Her time guesstimation is pretty accurate. It was during this phase that it was evident to me that she is a very passionate perfectionist which awards her the title of "The Eyebrow Queen". Kay is very caring and compassionate always checking in to make sure you are comfortable and doing fine as well as explaining everything she does while doing it. She even has a mini frig to provide her clients a wide variety of refreshments. Kay is a gifted expert in her field as evidenced by all the before and after pics and incredible reviews left by the happy trail of clients. I came in to this experience confidently and left a very happy and grateful client. I highly recommend @Kayanabeauty. I am more than confident that you will too. She is an extraordinarily gifted master in her field.

She let me ask 100 questions, before during and after. On my touch up she gave the same attention if not more. I can really tell she loves what she does, she's an artist and I will be going back for touch ups as needed to make sure to preserve her beautiful work. But about these brows! Before Shay: I have dark hair, but sparse, unshaped to my liking and never felt comfortable going make-up-less without doing my brows. Consultation: Shay drew the most beautiful shape. We talked about thickness, color and what to expect. Process: no to very low pain, why was I even worried? Lol but I was and I shouldn't have. She updated me throughout the process and showed me the progress. Day one: OMG they're dark what did I do! Panic terror almost tears (okay a little) and to be totally fair Shay told me OVER and OVER they will be darker and thicker don't worry they will fade beautifully. 3-5 days: peeling and fading OMG my brows are beautiful under that dark cast. Lol. DONT PICK! They'll come off naturally. I literally went make-up-less for a week just because I felt that great. I've never felt so pretty bare faced. It's empowering! My brows turned out looking natural, no harsh dark lines, and I couldn't be happier!!!!!! Xoxo Shay you're the best!!
