They were very professional and did the job pretty quick. Tim, the owner took care of me immediately when I went in for my appointment. Value? I definitely cannot complain. There were other shops that wanted to charge me double and even triple for what Import Auto Services did for me. One company I wouldn't recommend going to unless you have lots a money or only own a Mercedes or BMW is "Minsky Mercedes." When I asked why they charge so much more, there answer was quote, "Our name suggests we specialize in BMW and Mercedes, we can work on other makes but it would be the Euro pricing." Unquote. It is funny, Import Auto Service specializes in Euro vehicles as well but they did not price gouge me! Thank you very much Tim & Cindy. You guys are great!

Before I even got back to my car two male patrons walked up to the door and he unlocked the door and let them in immediately after her denied me entry. When I asked why they were let in and why I wasn't, the patron screamed back at me "we've already been here" even though I watched them pull into the parking lot and park, and get out of their car. A few minutes later another patron was exiting and two additional patrons were able to gain entry. Not sure what's going on at this store, but clearly they're lacking in communication and customer service. Highly recommend heading to O'Reilly a half mile down the road who will not only greet you with a smile, but actually assist you with your needs. They unfortunately did not stock the part I was looking for, hence how I ended up at AutoZone in the first place.

In an industry where it can sometimes be difficult to know who you can trust, A+ Autocare has earned ours completely. They are professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely seem to care about their customers and their vehicles. Being family-owned makes the experience even better. They take the time to explain what your car needs, what it doesn't need, and why, without ever making you feel pressured. A+ Autocare is truly a Poway institution. We used to live much closer, but even after moving farther away, we are still willing to make the drive to Poway because we know our cars are going to be taken care of the right way. If you're looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, go to A+ Autocare. You'll be glad you did.
