There were other shops that wanted to charge me double and even triple for what Import Auto Services did for me. One company I wouldn't recommend going to unless you have lots a money or only own a Mercedes or BMW is "Minsky Mercedes." When I asked why they charge so much more, there answer was quote, "Our name suggests we specialize in BMW and Mercedes, we can work on other makes but it would be the Euro pricing." Unquote. It is funny, Import Auto Service specializes in Euro vehicles as well but they did not price gouge me! Thank you very much Tim & Cindy. You guys are great!

Showed up, filled out some simple paperwork and was in and out within 2 hours. They explained to me with a break model showing me how bad they were and how my rotars had damage as well. After that conversation I requested to see the breaks and rotars that they had removed and he said yes. They were very low and barely there . When it was time to pay I asked if they had military discount and they do. They apply it to the service fee but the entire thing. Nice 10%. He also provided me a copy of my receipt and explained everything that was on it to me. He was very kind and patient. I wish I had his name, all I know is that he's bald and light skinned.
