However after a couple days I experienced issues with one of the cars and went back to speak with them. Without any objection at all they took the car to their mechanic and had it repaired on their dime well beyond the point of profitability of the trade in and frankly weren't even legally required to do so. We've had problems with this car from day one, including: - Bald tires with wire showing (on us I guess because we missed it, but no one bothered to point it out or compensate for it with the price) - Interior electrical problems (passenger seat doesn't move forward or backward, internal outlets don't work, lights on buttons in driver side door don't work) - front brakes were worn almost completely bald, had to change the brakes and rotors within 2 months of having the car - intake valve seal going into the engine went out and had to be replaced This car was priced almost $8,000 over Blue Book Price (Kyle refused to budge on the price)and we've spent over $2,000 on repairs. We haven't even gotten around to fixing the electrical. My daughter is the one who shopped the car so live and learn I guess, but honestly, I feel she was taken advantage of. We won't be back to Freedman. Did I mention unprofessional? If you leave a negative (but honest, as mine is) review they will get defensive and lash out.Need proof? We bought an RV--a Winnebago View on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis--and we lovingly named it…read more"Wombat." We adore the little tank, like seriously, to death. Then, for the last two weeks, Wombat and I got into a real toxic relationship with the onboard "good vibes" system. We went to Mercedes twice. Same story both times: a bunch of charging, a bunch of "we'll look into it," and absolutely no real solution--just money leaving the building at warp speed. So I convinced my hubby: "No more Mercedes." He agreed, and we went private. He found Quinn at European Performance. Quinn promised us a diagnostic on the DEF for free--which, naturally, my husband grabbed like it was a limited-edition coupon that might disappear. Mercedes in Billings wanted 2.5 times what everyone else was charging, so even the savings felt emotional. We pulled in, and before I could finish my seatbelt rant, Quinn had Wombat backed out and connected up. He ran diagnostics fast--like, "where did the time go?" fast. And here's the plot twist: the problem wasn't some rare unicorn issue. It was stuff that's extremely common on the Sprinter chassis... the kind that apparently no one can find or fix consistently. Fun, right? Quinn worked some magic, we got it sorted, and now Wombat is back to being the road-loving weirdo we know and love--no more drama, no more countdown, no more mystery warnings. So if your Sprinter chassis is throwing a fit go see Quinn. He'll get you back on the road without the repeat crash-and-paycycle. Wombat says thank you. And honestly? So do we.

Unfortunately, I have to say something because wow... I have taken my car in to these guys and they have done a good job fixing the things that I have paid for them to replace. However; here's the upsetting part... I took my car into them 3 times in a row telling them "it's running funny", "it's acting weird", etc. I also give them a little info... "while I was out of town I changed the spark plugs myself. You might want to start there, in case I did something wrong as I am not certified but they are. They assured me it wasn't the problem. They even said "It was driving fine, no issue." and to "keep driving it around until something popped up on the dashboard". Love that for me. Even told me that it "sounds" like and is "probably" a piston ring which would be a $8,000 fix. Went on a 1,000 mile (one way) road trip it almost gave out 35 miles before the destination. Thank you to new friends, I knew someone to help me. 15 minutes later... he SHOWED me that I, in fact, had forgotten to tighten my spark plugs. Also, thank you to my friends... even after pushing the car as much as I had... with a little bit of cleaning and proper putting it back together... compression test was perfect and she was running like normal. Beats $8,000 motor replacement... just saying.

This review is an update to my last review on 11/20/21. On my wife had her oil changed in september…read moreof last year. In October of last year I noticed oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located. I jacked up vehicle , inspected oil filter area and oil filter was on tight and I could find no obvious signs of oil leaking. However there was alot of oil that coated my skid plate both front and back. I changed the oil on 1/16/22. I use an extractor to remove my oil . After removing oil I notice the extractor showed between 6 and 8 quarts and the correct oil capacity is 5 3/8 quarts with the oil filter . This was overfilled and damages the engine ! I also noticed how black the oil was. I change my own oil and used Master lube back in september because I was busy at the time. The only reason the oil was this dirty and overfilled is masterlube did not completely remove the old oil and then topped it off with adding 2 quarts of new oil. The overfilling of oil probably had something to do with oil spillage on the driveway. After my oil change of 1/16/22 there has been no signs oil dripping on my driveway underneath where the oil filter is located.NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS STORE ON MAIN STREET IN THE HEIGHTS. BUYER BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR OIL DIPSTICK FOR QUANTITY AND COLOR OF OIL AFTER USING MASTERLUBE IN THE HEIGHTS OR AFTER ANY OIL CHANGE THAT SOME OTHER BUSINESS PERFORMS. ATTACHED ARE TWO PICS OF THE COLOR OF THE OIL I REMOVED DURING MY OIL CHANGE ON 1/16/22. MY WIFE ONLY PUTS 5 MILES / DAY ON HER XTERRA AND THE AIR FILTER WAS CHANGED 6 MONTH AGO.
