To be honest, this type of cuisine is something that I don't order frequently so I wasn't sure what to expect. The rice and peas were cooked to perfection and the jerk chicken was probably some of the best jerk chicken I've had in a very long time. I expected it to be a bit dry but there was special sauce and on the phone they mentioned they marinate their meat for over 24 hours!
