Small group weight training is top notch, with tailored workouts for to meet your physical (and arguably mental) health needs. Trainers are unbelievably competent and supportive! I have significant health concerns, and I truly believe that this gym is part of the reason I stay well. I've been a member of UA since Feb 2016. At the time, I was on the cusp on turning 50 (OK, so you all know my age now!) and I knew it was (past) time to get serious about my health/fitness. I had done exercise programs on and off (mostly off) over the years. I knew how important exercise was but I hated it. It was either boring, or it wasn't convenient, or it was hard to stay motivated. Today, I have never felt stronger or more confident. In fact, to my huge surprise, when my job was causing serious stress, all I could think was, "I NEED a workout today." I have never said that in my life! The coaches at UA are top-notch professionals. They take their work seriously, celebrate with you, and are encouraging. I look forward to seeing the coaches -- they are energetic, friendly, supportive, and have taught me a tremendous amount. This contributes greatly to me staying motivated to keep coming back and improving. Getting a new program each month also helps stave off the typical boredom of a "regular" gym. Something else that was unexpected but great nonetheless -- there is a wide variety among UA's members (age, gender, physical shape, natural ability, etc.). I've been training here for 3 months and I'm mad at myself for not finding this gym sooner. It is hands down the best gym I've ever been a member of. I absolutely LOVE the concept of semi-private training- you get individualized attention and guidance in a team environment. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and really care about your progress and goals. I have a history of injuries and they are able to design a program and modify exercises that are best for me. I also love the fact that they offer classes six days a week from 6am-8pm, so I am always able to find a session that fits my crazy busy schedule. This gym is the real deal, authentic, affordable, a no pressure environment where everyone is welcome. My only gripe is that I wish they played a better variety of music but I guess it's all subjective. Love this place! read more

I've been training at UA for about 6 months now. I was intimidated when I first went in for the analysis, but Justin and everyone there is down to earth and very supportive. I just met a lot of the other trainees at the UA client appreciation party and they/we really are a diverse and fun group of people. Different shapes and sizes, stages of getting fit, different goals, etc. Tell Justin what your goals are and he'll design a program for you to get you there. It's intense. You have to work for it, but the results are well worth it. I'm mountain biking farther, faster and stronger than I was a decade ago. It feels SO good. In response to Mary C., I've never belonged to a gym before (or done strength training before), so I don't know if gyms allow someone to drop in for an hour to do their own thing. But I suspect that if I show up at a restaurant with groceries and ask if I can come in (or call) and cook dinner for myself, they have a right to decline. Or take your own DVD to a movie theater. It's not their business model. I don't mean to be disrespectful to Mary C. I hope you did find a place to get your workout in. Your motivation is admirable, traveling and working out faithfully must be challenging. But I think giving a poor review and rating because your unique request couldn't be accommodated is unfortunate. read more

This placed has totally changed me and my opinion of working out. I was drawn by the kettlebell sport team, and stayed for the innovative and challenging training options. From personal training to group classes, this place has something for everyone. Justin, the owner, is so good at what he does and has a great staff to help him out. I've only been at UA for a short amount of time, but a short amount of time is all you need to realize that UA is one of a kind and no words I am about to write below can do justice to what this place has done for me and my life. I came in here looking to desperately find that spark and motivation I needed to get my health and fitness back on track. I've always been decently active, and probably worked out the typical amount an average person does (some cardio here and there). However, I was continuously unhappy with my eating habits (who can resist cheesecake?!) and was struggling to make any progress at the gym. I came in to meet with Justin for my initial assessment. The poor man spent almost two hours with me that day! I went on and on about everything I was unhappy with and the changes I wanted to make (but was struggling to do). He listened carefully to all my concerns and addressed every single one. By the end of our meeting, Justin made me realize what was important to me and why I wanted to make the changes I've been seeking. We all want to look good naked (I mean really, who doesn't?!), but he helped me dig deeper and find that fire I've been trying to ignite for SO long. The first time I walked into UA for my first workout, I was a little nervous not knowing a single person or what to expect. However, the trainers and other UA members immediately made me feel welcomed. There are people of all athletic ability, all ages and all backgrounds, but what we all share in common is our drive and motivation. The members inspire one another to push harder, to work harder, to become better than we were yesterday. The workouts I've done (semi-personal, team training, mental toughness) have all pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. Gotta love reaching for that baby dumbbell and hearing Matt yell in a shocked tone "you can handle heavier than that!" And he's right, if it weren't for the encouragement and constant pushes I receive from the coaches and fellow members, I WOULD be picking up that baby weight at the gym by myself, with my headphones in, doing 5 reps, then calling it quits when I started to feel a burn. But here at UA, they hold me accountable in the best way possible to make myself the best version of me that I could possibly be. At UA - the flexible online scheduling/rescheduling (sessions offered between 6am-8pm), allow almost any busy person to find time to come in. The online access to my workouts makes it easy for me to see my progress. The online payment/billing system makes it simple to see when and for what I will be billed. Katie P. is quick in responding and taking care of any admin issues or concerns you might have. Justin is constantly reaching out to the UA community for input on how to better the programs or new and fun ideas to try. Here at UA, I don't feel like I'm just another face lost in the sea of other gym-goers. I feel like I'm a part of a second family who always looks out for me and has my best interest in mind. The support and camaraderie the members and coaches have for one another is a testament to Justin's character and the amazing community he's built here at UA. I'm proud to call Justin a friend. I hobbled into UA with an ankle injury that was over a year old. Yes, I had done the stuff I was supposed to (months of painful physical therapy, stretches, strengthening exericses, massage to break down scar tissue), but without any noticeable improvement. I did get condolences from the orthopaedist. After the first two months after the injury, I started working out again and most classes worked around the injury. Or, let me figure out how to modify exercises. Not UA. Instead, I got a workout plan to fix my ankle and other muscular imbalances (after an evaluation). When I started my new workouts, I felt like I was in the worst shape, even though I had been working out. After two months, woo hoo! My ankle is much improved. I'm a lot stronger, too. Most of the sessions are called semi-private training - basically, groups with a personal trainer (or two or three, depending on the size of the group). Each hour starts with about 5 minutes of dynamic warmup/stretches as a group, conintues with your individual workout, and ends with about 10 minutes of the finisher as a group. The workout is a series of strength training exercises to help reach your goal (whatever that may be). Workouts change monthly and have the classic A1 A2, B1 B2, etc. organization. Because everyone has their own workout with different exercises, there is some chaos, but a lot less than at a typical gym when you try to alternate between A1 and A2. The finisher is mostly cardio and a killer. The trainers are motivating and very aware of safety and form, I have never left a semi-private training session thinking that I had another few minutes of effort left in me. The workouts are well designed. Sessions are booked online in advance (to ensure the appropriate numer of trainers). I haven't taken any of the other types of sessions/classes, so I have no idea what those are like. read more

I really am in love with this place! I've only just hit my one month mark as a member, but I feel as though I can already see results. After reading the other reviews, I decided to try out the semi-private training 1.) Because I was not getting anywhere by myself, and 2.) to boost up my confidence and put myself in a social situation that I normally would not have otherwise. The staff is absolutely wonderful - pretty much everyone remembered my name after only meeting me once, and all the trainers seemed to know the members extremely well. They really help you to get down the proper form for your workouts, as well as encouraging you to push yourself to the limit. Gentle nudges forward go a long way. I come to my sessions mostly after work, so when I first get there, I feel a little lethargic. By the end of our warm up, I'm ready to tackle the session, and by the time I leave, I'm full of energy and a sense of accomplishment. I would recommend this place to anyone - no matter how young or old you are, and no matter what your fitness level is. Underground Athlete has you covered. read more

I've been a member at UA since summer 2019 and have not missed a month. Totally worth the cost. The coaches are exceptional and accommodating to needs, always ready with alternative exercises. When the COVID lockdowns hit, they did not blink an eye. They transitioned to an on-line format with as many classes as before via Zoom rather than in person. They put in the time and effort to make their program work for their members. I witnessed other gyms publicly complaining about the situation doing nothing for their members while UA was finding solutions and adapting. I have gained so much from UA that I have continued their on line classes even though I've moved away from the area. They are all such a great group of trainers. My body looks better than ever, my health has improved dramatically, and I have gained great friendships. read more

I've been at UA for over a year. Unlike most of the folks reviewing here, I have never been an athlete, I am middle-aged and overweight. I only mention that to say UA works for everyone. The programs are written for you and the trainers are really focused on helping you get better. I can absolutely see the improvements and I look forward to training instead of dreading it. The trainers are great, but just as important UA is a community, you know each other, you know what your goals are and everyone, trainers and fellow members, are invested in your (and their) success. For me that is the biggest part of this place. Finally Justin is always trying to add things based on the goals of the group. They have Kettle bell and Speed training as well as semi-personal. Mental Toughness and Drop 35 for cardio. If you want Zumba this is probably not the place for you, but if you want to work hard with a great group of folks then UA is a great choice. read more

Let me start by saying that I do not generally write reviews, its just not my thing. This may in fact be my first review on Yelp! I felt compelled to write this review given my excellent experience at UA over the past 15 months since I have been a member. I am in my late 40's, travel extensively for work, have a family, and had not been able to consistently work out in years. I came to UA completely out of shape, and haven sustained a couple of serious sports injuries in the previous few years which set me back considerably. What a difference 15 months has made! The UA coaches are highly professional and skilled, programs are tailored to individual needs, and members are like a large extended family with everyone supporting each other. 15 months into my membership, I feel so much better. I am much stronger than I was, have more energy throughout the week, have lost weight, my stress levels have gone down, and I have improved in every other health indicator. Thank you UA! I first came to UA about three months ago, a very out of shape, overweight, middle-aged woman with various health and mobility issues. Justin and all the trainers have been great to work with. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and mindful of my specific problems. They've designed workouts that are tailored to my goals and level of fitness, and encourage me to work hard. It's been the best decision I've made in years. I feel better, I've lost weight, and I can move again! I am a new member of Underground Athlete, and my experience has been great so far! I have been jumping around to several gyms in the area over the past couple years (Bally's, Xsport, Custom Fitness Concepts (group training), LA Boxing, etc.) trying all different types of classes, just looking for something new.. but I never left feeling that tired. Then one day I decided that I wanted something a little more intense, and started to search for personal training - and then I found Underground Athlete. Underground Athlete is a semi-personal training facility - I go with my husband. What makes this place stand out is that the manager, Justin, really cares about his clients. Justin is so knowledgeable about training, form, and diet - you can ask him anything! With UA, the trainers really care about you, and if their clients are seeing results. They are there to help you with form, diet advice, and to never let you get away with not lifting enough weight!! We always leave there feeling completely exhausted. Expect to be sore!! read more

I visited this gym a few days ago for the first time and I am very pleased with my experience. It is literally underground and I did not notice a sign outside of the building, however, this adds to the coolness factor in my opinion. I had an evaluation with Justin and plan to start attending more frequently once we establish a workout program. Even though I have not started the formal program, I know I will be happy with the time I invest here. I feel better and have more energy, just after one visit. I've been at UA for about 4 years. Before that I was pretty much a couch potato (with 50+ years of practice), although I had tried a number of gym memberships and exercise videos. Nothing seemed to really fit. I feel compelled to respond to the 2-star review because it leaves a lot out. Yes, the price for 12 classes a month at UA seems expensive compared to your standard chain gyms, but the classes are different. At other gyms, you can get unlimited group classes for very little money, but you get no personal attention. If they have machines or weights you may get a cursory introduction to how to use them, but no one really helps you know what will be best for you or checks your form, so you could be doing useless activities and doing them incorrectly. At UA, each 'class' is a semi-private session using a program designed specifically for you. The coaches watch and correct as needed and monitor to know how best to write the next program for you. They, along with other members, encourage and push you to get better. This kind of personalized attention would normally cost $100 a session, but at UA you can get it for about $25 a session. Plus you get the camaraderie of working out with others. This is a bargain and an excellent value. So, yes, if absolute price is your only metric, you can spend less per month at other gyms. But you get so much more per dollar at UA. In addition, I have seen from my years at UA that the coaches seem personally invested in helping me to be better (and not only physically!). Justin in particular cares so much about individuals. I can't think of a better place to work out - and this place really transformed me from a non-exerciser to someone who actually misses when I can't go to the gym. read more

They also offer the flexibility that is really needed for someone with a crazy work schedule or busy travel schedule or just constantly changing due to kid commitments (ow someone that deals with all of the above). I was bored and tired of working out alone... and at 54 it wasn't really working anymore. Once I got to UA and went through one of their personalized routines I was hooked. So I have ADD. For some reason, I'm perpetually looking for the perfect gym and perfect yoga place. For awhile, I thought that perfect gym would be Sports Club LA. I mean, how could you go wrong? It was beautiful, big, clean... is located at the freaking Ritz Carlton.. but anyways I digress. We all know that money can't buy you happiness, but it seems that money can't buy you the perfect gym either. This place blows away every other gym I've been to, and I've tried a bunch of them between Annapolis and Ashburn. This little place is tucked away in an unremarkable basement in an unremarkable strip mall in Fairfax. It has a lot in common with Balance Gym Kalorama, which is owned by friends of mine. A coworker has been a member for quite some time, and I've been meaning to check it out for almost a year based on his testimony. I finally took the plunge a few weeks ago, and I can already tell that I'm going to be a member for a very long time. I've read some other reviews on here and every single review gives it 5 stars, though evil Yelp has filtered 4 of the reviews for some reason. This place is truly deserving of its 5 stars. I almost don't want to write about it because I want to keep the class sizes really small. It seems to be a one man show. Justin owns the place, and he teaches the classes and does all the personal training. What I like about the workouts are that they are really FUN. Think kettlebells, free weights, rubber bands, medicine balls, sandbags, etc... It feels like recess, but you hurt for a few days afterwards... and many times during. Justin will also tailor each exercise to your level of strength and/or co-ordination. And if you try to sneak lower weights, he'll catch you and push you. To top it off, the members are just as nice and ego-less. No-one takes themselves too seriously. So to summarize: It's a fun place. There is no ego here. There's a lot of laughter. The workouts are very creative and tailored to your ability. You will leave every workout tired and happy. read more

In my initial inquiry to UA, I asked if they can work with people with low back problems. Justin replied and said that they "work with several people who have experienced back pain for one reason or another. We can definitely work with you and look deeper into that." I showed up at the gym, was asked to describe my low back problem and Justin walked me through 10 to 15 min of movement testing. I was told that I would get a workout plan, and that a trainer would take me through it. I signed up for a once a week package for one month (4 sessions). I was upfront about my move to another state at the end of September, and I was told that I would not be billed beyond the first month. I showed up to my first session, there was no indication that my trainer knew who I was or had any knowledge of my low back problem. I told him it was my first session and I did not know the exercises. I had to ask him for clarifications many times. There were only three of us in the session, the other two had been with UA for some time. I did not feel like I received clear instructions from the trainer, and for one of the exercises I was left to do 3 sets of 1/2 kneeling chop back to back when I should have alternated it with another exercise. I registered for my second session but experienced QL spasm soon afterward and had to cancel. Neck problem followed and I went to see a physical therapist. As I did not feel like I could perform the workout safely at UA for the rest of the month, I asked UA to refund 3/4 of the payment but they refused. Instead, Katie from UA offered me "one-time distance program" to use up the remaining fund. While the concept of small group personal training is compelling and I appreciated the support from the other UA members in my session, the execution by the trainer, however friendly he was, was subpar at best. UA's unwillingness to issue a refund given my medical condition is appalling to me. Distance program doesn't work for everyone, certainly not for me. - September 13, from me: My QL is in spasm mode and I can't move my neck very much. I am seeing a PT but I am in pain with very limited range of motion. I am also leaving the DC area at the end of the month, can I cancel the rest my 3 sessions in September and get a refund? I just cancelled tomorrow evening's session that I signed up for. I told Justin about my history of lower back problem as well as my upcoming relocation at our initial meeting. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I have had at Underground Athlete. After being very consistent with my workouts, I feel into a rut and stopped working out. I've been coming here for two months now. I was a D1 athlete in college, and I used to run competitively so I have a good foundation. I was lifting on my own at a gym, but when I changed jobs I lost the membership discount at Sport and Health, and I was no longer in Tysons anymore. Xsport was out, because it's a crowded shit hole. So, I found a place that I could practically walk to. The price is steep, but once you start going it makes sense. It's a 3:1 member to trainer ratio for each workout (it seems), so you get personalized attention. It's not like those Crossfit rejects who all do the same laughable workouts and post to social media. This place customizes your workouts to your goals, and you input your workout data into tablets as you go along real-time. Everyone is doing their own workout. My results have been great - I've dropped fat and gained strength all over. The trainers have all been knowledgeable and great to work with. read more

On 9 JUL i received my physical assessment from Justin, for him to see what my fitness level was, and how to structure my training. There was no "hard time" entering my credit card information into the system. In fact company's always make it easy for them to take your money, so why would entering my credit card information be hard? I was using the week offered me as a trial if i wanted to use the gym or not. Justin told me it was a trial week (12-18 JUL), and on 20 JUL i responded to his emails asking how the training sessions were: "they went great. can i set up dates with you and do i take care of the contract stuff the next time i come in?" at no time, did UA imply that this week was the start of any contract, or that i would be required to pay for it. If a contract was signed and monthly training started from day 1 where the assessment was conducted then a) you're taking people's money before they have committed to your gym and b) you're not giving them the chance to decide if this is indeed the gym for them. If this is UA's intent, then it was absolutely not made clear. The agreement to pause my contract was with my intention of doing just that. But as a physical trainer I would think that UA would understand and respect, if a member is injured and has decided to pursue a less stressful and low impact exercise regime. Not with malice intent to deceive them, but due to injury, and be honorable in returning the member's money. Lastly, I do not think highly of someone ignores customers. Justin emailed me 17 NOV telling me he would call me, but never did (He ceased correspondence with me on 4 NOV after his response to refunding: "Not hard we just get charged for it. And it's not the agreement we had."). I called and emailed him (and his admin assistant) numerous times asking for a return call from him, only to be ignored by him. -posted 18 DEC- In response to Justin, my card was not charged the same time every month. I was charged on the 23 JUL, 2 SEP, 22 SEP and again on 11 NOV. The last charge was charged after i requested for a refund on 20 OCT from you, so someone reinstated my card to be charged. I did indeed request for my account to be put on hold in SEP. My knee was already a problem, as i had mentioned previously and it was further exacerbated during my time away from the gym. I did not injure it at another facility. On 12 OCT I told you I was ready to return to the gym, but when i received no response from you, I sent another email on 20 OCT asking for a refund of my money, to which you replied "Definitely. I'm out country but will have someone set you up." You did not see the text asking for the refund, but only the previous email from 12 OCT. I attended 12 sessions-exactly, which was what I paid for. Additional sessions you claimed I took were the 1 week free that your gym offers. I can give you the exact date of every day I went to your gym. If I did not receive the services you charged me for, and do not want to continue with that type of training because I told you specifically I want to do low impact exercises like yoga and cycling due to my knee pain, then I should be refunded my money. Not disregarded and ignored until I post a review on Yelp. read more

Yep, believe the hype! This place is the real deal. I have been with UA for 6 months now and I love it. Yes, they push you and the workouts are tough but they want you to give it your best. I'm in the military so I'm very familiar with fitness and I've been to many gyms in my lifetime but this has to be in the top 3. The coaches are very knowledgeable and will hold you accountable and they genuinely care about making sure you are getting the most out of your workout. Out of all the coaches, Andrew is my favorite though. He always challenges me during my training sessions and pushes me to lift heavier. I love the fitness community here! read more

The name Underground Athlete speaks for itself. As soon as you walk into the facility, you'll notice that every square inch of the space is designed to turn ordinary people into extraordinary athletes. Regardless of if you're a professional athlete, a stay at home mom or if you work in an office for a living, this place has everything for you. You won't find any machines that isolate muscle groups here. You can find those at a big box gym if working "bi's and tri's" is your thing. What you will find are ropes, kettlebells, sleds, squat racks, and olympic lifting just to name a few. If you drop in on a class or a semi-private training session and you'll find people of all ages and fitness backgrounds getting leaner, stronger, faster and hell looking better then ever have. So, if you're looking for results and you want to bring out your inner athlete, this is the place to train. But, hey, if you're happy paying a couple hundred bucks a month to have a "trainer" follow you around with a clipboard while you walk on the treadmill then this may not be the place for you. You'll be surrounded by positive, supportive people and you will have access to the most knowledgeable trainers and coaches in the area. I joined UA a little over a year ago. It is much more than a gym. I was never an athlete (not unless you count high school marching band or the occasional golf game), so I had never worked out with barbells and not too much with dumbbells. I did the standard gym routine: workout machines, dumbbell curls, and running for cardio. UA helped go beyond that with semi-private training. In short, it is a 60 minute group training with you and a small group of other members. You get a tailored workout program that you go through with extremely qualified trainers. Depending on your goals, your program can include weight training, body weight training, kettlebells, stretching, fitness bands, or other types of exercises. You get the benefit of personal training in a group setting. Then, for the last 5 or so minutes of the class, you do a "finisher", which is an intense, heart-rate raising circuit workout. Calling it cardio doesn't do it justice. You could be pushing a sled 50 yards, swinging ropes, and/or flipping tire. Or something that wouldn't even cross your mind. It pushes past your limits and it is different every time. Here are the 2 major benefits: 1) You get to do actual weight lifting under the guidance of certified professionals. I had never done barbell workouts, like squats or deadlifts. I get to do these and many others and enjoy every minute of it. My new favorite exercise is the sumo deadlift. 2) You get cardio without the usual suspects (elliptical, treadmill, etc.). Your heart rate increases starting with the warm-up, remains up while you work out, and gets capped off with the finisher that pushes your limits. The results: I lost fat and gained muscle. I dropped about 20 lbs and 4 inches of waistline. Over the year, people commented on the changes. For example, my wife said that I, um, "have a butt now." Don't get me wrong, I also fixed my eating habits and got serious about running, but UA was a huge part of the results I achieved. read more

I've been training at UA for about 3 or 4 months now and I have to say it's been life changing: complete 360 in my fitness life. I know... that sounds trite and cliche, but it's true! Before training with Justin I barely did any free weight work. Starting in high school I've always been a runner so I didn't get much of your classic weight/strength training. When I went to the gym before I didn't really know how to properly use the free weights other than your regular curls, etc. Fearful of embarrassing myself I'd always go straight back to the machines. I now know these are not conducive to real strength training because our bodies aren't meant to be positioned in such a mechanic way- hence the functional training UA provides. I've learned a lot about proper form, fitness, and setting goals in these past few months. You can really tell Justin works his ass off to satisfy every last member. Between scheduling, writing the programs, sending out info/help, and everything in between I don't know how he does it. Exercise and pushing myself to the next level to see results have always been important to me. As a former soldier, muscle conditioning and strength training was a big part of my everyday life, but since leaving the service, the stress of work, having a child and household duties have made it difficult to invest a reasonable amount of time into gettting the results I wanted. I have had various trainers in the past with different methods of trying to come up with a routine built especially for my body., but with every trainer I went to I felt like i got a "decent" workout but nothing amazing and definitely nothing that made me walk out of the gym feeling truly fulfilled. The first day I saw Justin, he had me do a fitness assessment. This included finding your BMI, performing a series of exercises and streches, and having a detailed conversation regarding your dietary habits and food intake. By my second appointment he already had an exercise plan formulated for my individual needs, PLUS guidelines on how much nutrients i should ingest as well as which ones to focus on (i.e. proteins, amino acids, etc.) based off of my BMI and what specific goals i wanted to achieve. Justin's excercise plans had affected both already existing muscle groups as well as those which i had previously disregarded in my prior workouts. The defintion and results that served as outcomes of these strenuous, yet fulfilling, sessions had quickly become visible. I've been doing distance training with Justin and the UA community for over two years and it has absolutely changed my life. I've reached multiple goals I've set for myself through this training, including: getting drafted to an A league derby team, winning MVP, doing pull ups, seeing ab muscles and just generally getting in the best shape of my life. I've been training with Justin Case privately, one on one, for about 2 years now. The results speak for themselves. I'm 42 years old and in better shape then I have ever been in my entire life. I have been going to Underground Athlete and training with Justin for about 5 months now and it has to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. Justin is amazing and constantly pushes you to be your best and in the past 3 months that I have been consistently attending the Strength and Conditioning class I'm seeing noticeable definition in my upper arms and thighs and my hips and waist are disappearing. :) Just in time for my wedding! I recently completed my 3rd week with Justin and Matt at Underground Athlete. So far these guys have been great, they push you, but take into any injuries, concerns etc. This not a "one size fits all" approach like some other gyms, nor is it your typical, elliptical, cardio gym. This is exercising geared towards your goals, with free weights, body weights exercises, sled push, etc etc. What I liked most is that they really take into account your goals, your body, your experience. It also semi personal, meaning you work out with 1-2 other people. This is one of the pluses of the gym. Working out with a trainer whose program is geared towards your needs along with a couple other people to give you some motivation. Its been great. I look forward to being here for awhile.
