Every workout was customized, challenging, and focused on proper form, which made a huge difference. Bootycamp is probably the hardest workout I ever experienced and it always push your limits, my progress is just insane. I used to be a "Pilates" girl and after the first core class with YBX I was sore for a week! The place is super big so you never feel crowded parking is easy in the morning a little tricky at night but you are in and out super quick. Everyone is super welcoming Dan, Jose, Raj, T, Sage,.... Supporting small businesses that are working to make a difference in a crowded industry feels amazing and in the case of YBX literally change your life in the best way possible!

It was a pretty full class, yet he still managed to give everyone small encouraging gestures and nods that made a big difference. His positive energy kept the whole class in high spirits and made the workout fly by. It was my first time trying out this location and class, and I was not disappointed in the slightest. The mix of treadmill, rowing, and weight exercises paired with upbeat, curated music created the perfect balance of challenge and fun. I never felt pressured to go at a certain pace. I could move at what felt right for me, and Daniel's supportive coaching really stood out. Highly recommend checking out his classes. He teaches from Monday through Thursday, and it's definitely worth it!

Coach Daniel had our group rotating from three main areas, weight training, rowing, and treadmill. I was nervous about the speed and intensity but he offered modifications to meet everyones fitness levels (I appreciated this immensely) the class is fast paced and I was so focused on each activity that I didn't have time to dread the next rotation. By the time I could catch my breath the hour sessions was over! I had great energy the rest of the day and though sore in the evening, the activity didn't leave me completed paralyzed in pain the next day-I might go back again!

    Why can't I give more than 5 stars??!…read more If you are like me and HATE working out, Lena is the personal trainer you never knew you needed. She provides a judgement-free environment with zero pressure from others because it's just you and her during the 1:1 sessions. She gives the right amount of push, positive reinforcement, and guidance so you can achieve your own goals. She is firm and demanding, but somehow gentle and understanding at the same time, too. She checks in to see how you're feeling at the start, multiple times during, and at the end of each session. She is attentive, provides clear instructions, models the movements, and is very open to modifying exercises and expectations based on what you personally need. I also love that her gym is smaller than a typical corporate gym. It has a cozier, less intimidating feel to it. Not to worry, though. Her gym is fully stocked and she has everything you need to achieve a full-body workout. In addition to a free consultation (5-10 min talk re: goals + 30 min workout), she offers single sessions or you can buy a package of sessions at a slight discount. In terms of scheduling, she's very accommodating. I've had to change my session to another day several times now and she was really great about squeezing me in on another day of the week. If you're on the fence about signing up, don't be. Lena is nothing like the personal trainer stereotypes out there. She's personable, approachable, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Do this for your future self; you won't regret it!

She checks with me on my heart rate, keeps my form safe, and follows up after workouts with texts to make sure I'm doing well. The workouts fly by because she keeps you engaged and motivated, and by the end I'm drenched in sweat but feeling great. She's encouraging, but she also demands progress. Her gym is clean, private, well-equipped, and in a super convenient spot in Santa Clara San Jose border, near Sevens Creek and Winchester. I haven't felt this strong and healthy in years. I highly recommend her one-on-one training!
