Unfortunately, this grooming business needs much improvement in cleanliness as well as other areas…read more There were puddles of urine in the front and employees sat and did nothing to clean it. In addition, there were children in an area of the space set-up with children's toys. One child was crying the entire time I was checking in my dog. This is not a place to bring a nervous dog or a dog who does not like kids as the kids were still there when I returned later in the afternoon. This is a large space and lighting is poor which may explain some of the following problems. When I retrieved my dog, I was told he had ear mites and to use olive oil. Upon taking him to the vet, there were no mites and instead the ears were left dirty. Upon pick-up, it was immediately noticeable that they had only shaved the dog and had not washed him. When I called to set up the appointment, I clarified that they wash the dog before using clippers and was told they do - this was not the case as he was greasy. In addition, his paws were knicked multiple times which is usually indicative of dull clippers (which is why a good groomer washes the dog first). My dog is kept short so there weren't mats or anything that would have prevented him from being washed first. When I scheduled the appointment, the girl took all of my dogs information as well as my grooming preferences. When I dropped off my dog, they asked no questions. I inquired if they needed info from me and they said everything was written from when I set up the appointment. They confirmed to me my desires. However, upon picking up my dog, they had not done the trim as requested. When I asked, a lady told me she forgot to tell the person that did the grooming. They did not offer to make the corrections or apologize. Instead, they suggested I send a picture of what I wanted so it could be shown to the groomer. The lack of concern about customer service was obvious as the implication was that I should be happy with whatever they decided to do. I care too much for my dog to take him to someone who clearly doesn't take pride in their work. This also leads me to question how they treat my dog while in their facility.

I will be making good use of that in the near future and will return to the store to shop.

We also met a third Vet (female) who works occasionally on surgery days. She was also wonderful. All three of the Veterinarians took the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions on care. I never felt rushed during the office visits. I felt that all three were very competent doctors and that my kitten received good care in their hands. Miscommunication occurred regarding pricing on the surgery, but the office manager made it right in the end. I would recommend getting any quotes on surgeries done in writing beforehand because this miscommunication was probably an honest mistake. In any case the fact that they held to their original quote and made things right really impressed us. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how we handle those mistakes that is the measure of our integrity. Kudos to Krysta the Office Manager! The Vet techs were all great also. Our favorite employee is Helen. I am not sure of her role, but she has checked us out a couple of times and is so down-to-earth yet professional and personable.

And I held off on commenting on this for years because when we were in the middle of the pandemic with everybody being masked and 6 feet apart and waiting outside and they were figuring out their computer system the long wait times are seemed somewhat justified while they were sorting things out. But two years later I making appointments so that I don't have to wait for a walk and still waiting well over 90 mins to get in.
