Acai and Smoothy
Christine J.

Under a Mango tree is my husbands favorite. He goes every sunday for the Acai bowl and a smoothy. It's THE healthiest spot on the beach. Staff is great and the ambiance is very Local. Give it a try

I love everything about Under the Mango Tree! It's such a cute and cozy spot. I love coming here anytime I'm in Miami Beach. I ordered the açaí bowl which was delicious! The service is also great and all the staff are really friendly. Great vibes overall!

Vinalla Cinnamon Coffee Brownie

Angie recommended the brownie and a vanilla cinnamon coffee with oat milk. I gotta say, the coffee was excellent, but I ended up eating the brownie before I could even try it. The brownie was delicious, and the coffee definitely lived up to the recommendation once I got around to it. I definitely recommend both items. The brownie is vegan, so expect a slightly different flavor profile than a traditional store bought brownie, but it was still very enjoyable.

I came here with my mom while she was visiting town. We both like to eat healthy and I had passed this place before and thought the ambiance was cute, so we gave it a try. Yum yum, we both enjoyed the food so much. I got a veggie patty an farro bowl with vegan cheese and homemade dressing. Not only was it delicious, but the presentation was really cute. My mom enjoyed her food, too. I loved how they had plants indoors and listed what they were doing to be sustainable. This place has such a high vibe! I loved it.

I love everything about this cozy, shaded, and adorable cafe serving up delicious healthy vegan food to the sounds of Bob Marley. Although it's small, they are creative with the seating and have made good use of the space and also have tables outside with umbrellas. They have a restroom that is clean. The service is very friendly and they are happy to answer questions or make suggestions. They are also patient and you don't feel rushed trying to decide what to order. I recommend taking a look at their menu online first to give you an idea of what you would like to order then when you arrive in person view the special board before making a final decision. All ingredients are fresh and beautifully presented. Also reasonably priced for the quality of food you're receiving. Parking is paid street and somewhat difficult to find on a busy day but you should find something in walking distance. If you live close by you'll want to walk or rideshare. This visit I had the turmeric latte which is so yummy, the ingredients are perfect and the consistency is very creamy. I also had the papaya special, I think it was served with chocolate nibs and agave. A very filling and satisfying breakfast that was beautiful. You will not regret stopping by and supporting this small business.

Easy Pineapple smoothie

This place resembles a combo of a yoga spot + reading space + smoothie spot + hipster space. It's cozy, and the employees are friendly. I had the Easy Pineapple smoothie ($11 for the larger cup) and it was really delicious. It was light, as pure as I like my smoothies (no extra things added other than fruit), and contained pineapple, mango, and coconut nectar. Will definitely be back again!

This place hands down has some of the best smoothie bowls in Miami. The açaí is very fresh and not overly sweet. The granola is homemade and not too crunchy or hard. The same goes for the almond butter which is clearly homemade. Everything altogether was great and this is a stop I will absolutely make again.

I absolutely loved this spot. It gives every zen vibe imaginable and they are focused on sustainability in every way. Everything on the menu is healthy. I ordered the chia pudding with fruit and my friend had their avocado toast with pistachios. We split their choco donut and apple muffin as well. Bear in mind everything here is vegan (just in case that's a no-go for you). The donut was yummy but the muffin lacked the crumble that a regular apple muffin might have. We both loved our coffee selections - she had a regular latte and I had one of their specialty lattes that had tumeric in it (a little bit of a kick but nothing crazy). I'd try one of their smoothies next time. Check this place out!

Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 10/10 In a sea of overpriced, salty + fried food that panders to tourists, I am SO glad this spot exists in Miami Beach. It's healthy, organic, and reasonably priced for the quality of food offered. The tumeric latte + summer lentil bowl are both DI-VINE. The tumeric latte is very ginger-forward + has a fruity pebble-like aftertaste. The bowl is just bomb. Period. My husband isn't a fan of vegan food, and he inhaled his party Sammie. The staff were pleasant, helpful and very patient with me as I asked a million questions about their menu. The space is small, but immaculately designed in am organic boho aesthetic that's warm + inviting. This place is a MUST if you value your health while visiting Miami Beach!

If you're looking for a healthy café that's not some trendy chain, Under the Mango Tree is the perfect place. First of all, you must try the Superfood Frap. It is chock-full of goodness and is absolutely delicious. It's a unique drink that you cannot find anywhere else. I also recommend sampling one of their acai bowls. These are also brimming with good-for-you ingredients, which leaves you free to enjoy the amazing flavor. I tried the Super Cali Ali and subbed the gluten-free date nut crumble for the granola (so glad they have that option). The restaurant has a homey, community feel. They even have pictures of local, adaptable pets on the wall. This is a true neighborhood spot.

Hands down the best Italian food in Dallas! il Bracco serves up incredible homemade pasta, an amazing Italian wine list, and has the perfect cozy, upscale vibe. The service is top-notch, and every meal here is unforgettable. If you're in Dallas and craving authentic Italian, this is your spot!

Stopped by @underthemangotreemiami (an all-vegan spot) for a wonderful lunch - rainbow roll, tacos, patty sandwich, spicy lentil empanadas, and various desserts for later. Service was great and quick. The vibe was beachy, clean, and botanical. We loved everything about it!

The best açaí I had in the US. It's the closest it gets to the ones in Brazil. Absolutely worth it.

Can they make bowls without bananas?

When I asked for no bananas they had to “double check”, but it was fine and could be done.

Food, location, service and ambiance ... A+++++!…read more I had the Stella's favorite bowl to go and my taste buds were in Heaven!!! It's filing and those lentils are to die for! Wow... I can't wait to come back and try many more things on their menu. The staff kid very kind and attentive.

From the…read moremoment I walked in, I was instantly charmed by how cute the place is, with its chic Parisian feel. The hostess didn't let a moment go by before warmly welcoming us and getting us seated. Once we received the menus, oh là là! I was stunned by the choices. So many tempting options that choosing just one was no easy task! I asked our waitress, Daniela, for some recommendations, and she came through with plenty of great options. To start, I ordered the Pink Bellini, which was absolutely delicious. Daniela also gave me the inside scoop that their baked goods tend to sell FAST and shared what was still available. So, if you have your heart set on something specific from the bakery, my recommendation is to go early! I ordered the Monkey Bread and, knowing I wanted to savor it later at home, wisely asked for a box to go. For my entrée, I went with the Smoked Salmon Benedict, and wow! So flavorful! The poached eggs were right on point, and all the ingredients came together beautifully with the side of mustard sauce. As for the service, they truly went above and beyond. Daniela was courteous, attentive, and on top of every detail throughout our visit. Madison, the manager, also stopped by our table several times to check on us. She was incredibly sweet and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Shout out to Daniela and Madison. Thank you for all the love With so many other tempting dishes still calling my name from that menu, I already know I'll be back. Parisian charm, delicious bites, and wonderful hospitality? Oui, please!

I ordered a cafe con leche, a Cuban sandwich and a Media Noche sandwich. Everything was delicious. Especially the media noche sandwich. I've had plenty of media noches in my life, but never as good as this one. Not sure what kind of bread they use for their media noche, but it was so soft, just the perfect amount of sweetness. The Cuban sandwich of course was good, but tasted similar to others I've had. I can definitely see myself returning next time we're in the area.

I've never had anything quite like it, except maybe in Caribbean Costa Rica, and there is something so special about the way they make it here. It is literally my first stop every time I visit Miami Beach. I genuinely crave it! And then there's the quatro leches cake. INSANELY good. You will absolutely finish it. I recently tried their iced Cuban coffee with sugar and milk, and it was such a delicious addition. The passion fruit juice is also fantastic. I finally tried the grilled lobster plate, and WOW, it did not disappoint. Honestly, you might need to walk around the block a few times afterward because everything is just THAT good, and you're going to finish every last bite. Puerto Sagua has been serving Miami Beach since 1968, and it is still standing strong, serving incredible Cuban food with so much character and history. Great service and love the open restaurant ambiance diner feel. If you're visiting Miami Beach, DO NOT skip this place. Come hungry and get a taste of this iconic Cuban American restaurant. And whatever you do, GET THE OXTAIL STEW!
