I got a haircut recently by David aka Wavey. He never disappoints. He has a passion for his craft and you can definitely see it in the haircut when it's done I feel a 100x better. The haircut even looks good after a couple weeks grown out. I definitely would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Thanks David! read more

I've gone here to get my hair cut quite a few times. Just went in 2/13/22 and walked in to an empty shop, asked to get my hair cut and was turned away for no appointment. They do great work here but cmon guys...an empty shop and you're going to turn away a paying regular. Do better. read more

Called Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday after seeing how many 1 stars for the wait as a walk in. Made the appointment for 10 am Sunday, their opening time. Waited until 10.30am for somebody to show up and open, but NO ONE SHOWED OR EVEN HAD THE DESENCY TO ANSWER THE PHONE. They could give a damn about their clients. And is obvious when you walk in and see all this cholos being barbers read more

Walked in after work to get a cut, there was a barber available right away not sure what her name is but she's the very last chair. It was my first and last time here, the cut was decent nothing special (could of blended the fade in better) What annoyed me the most was after the haircut she didn't even try to style my hair afterwards she just laid the hair down and combed it all to the front (like wtf is that, you want me to walk out like that lol) I showed her a picture of how I style it at the beginning of the haircut but it just seemed she was just disinterested. If I wasn't in a hurry I probably would of said something, but I just said F it and bounced. Coming here was just a last minute Hail Mary to get a cut because I forgot to book with my barber. Being they took me right away I'll give it one star but that's about the only positive I had here. read more

I walked in and there were no barbers. One of the customers waiting said his barber was in the can and all the others had left for lunch...at 2:30 in the afternoon. The one barber there finally came out the the bathroom and said he was booked with appointments. Waist of my time! read more

Not professional at all and can't even listen to a simple request. I didn't get the barbers name but he seemed in a rush and has no patience. Don't even bother coming here. read more

5 stars across the board here. Ive been going here since moving to OC and they have been my go to for yrs now. Every barber there is highly professional and when you are there it is always a family friendly/great neighborhood shop! if you are looking for the best cuts, line ups, shape ups, etc. check out this shop!! read more

If you need a cut, a trim or to just kick it and talk this is the spot. The crew here is on point every time I go there and I've never left disappointed. Support your local barber and go check them out! Get that fresh fade before the weekend! read more

The barbers at the shop really take their time until you're looking fresh and really know their craft. Quality barbers that don't let you leave until you're satisfied. I recommend booking with Tony in advance. He will leave you looking fantastic always. read more

My husband and boys have been going to this barber shop for the past few months getting their haircut by a woman named Karissa. She unfortunately is very unreliable, unresponsive, and does not keep her appointment times. The worse part is she will say she's on her way so my husband will wait an extra 30 minutes to an hour for her to eventually say she's not coming in. My husband commutes to get his hair cut and expressed to her if things come up or if she needs to reschedule to please let him know in advance as it's not easy getting himself and my two boys ready to drive an hour to the barbershop for her not to show up. My husband even spoke to the owner about her and his response was she does this to a lot of clients and is surprise my husband kept coming back to get his hair cut by her. Well he won't anymore. The fact she's unreliable and has no common curtesy for other peoples lively hood or schedules is so disrespectful. Due to our negative interactions with her I would not recommend this shop at all. read more

Not a place that I would recommend for kids haircuts. I took my 3 year old as a walk in and once I arrived I was not greeted by the guy there. He told me I had to wait for the guy to get back from his car. Once he came back he asked me what I wanted and I told him, he was quite rude to my son who was getting anxious towards the end of the haircut. He kept referring to my 3 year old as "bro" when he would move or start to cry. He had NO patience for him, I wish they would have just told me that to begin with. I definitely would never go back there again, I ended up going to Richland barbers down the street a few days later and they were amazing! Nothing like my experience here. read more

Switch barbers recently and extremely happy with the move. These guys are top notch and pay attention to detail

Edgar has cut my hair for the second time and I could not be happier. Outstanding work ethic and craftsmanship. I have been looking for a reliable barber for some time and I was finally saved. Was waiting outside for a haircut when they opened. No one showed up. Got a phone call 25 minutes later they had opened. Unprofessional

Mike's the man!! Thanks for a great cut and better conversation. Walked in a immediately felt at home. Everyone was friendly and will to help. Definitely recommend Undefeated Barber Shop. Thanks read more

they don't listen to requests properly and don't use clean clippers, gave me bumps on my hairline for the first time in years, prices too high for these small mistakes they always do. Tony is the worst barber there with him being the last young man to cut my hair, I've been here twice while on business and while looking for the best cut I did not find it here and I'll never visit this place again. read more

Walk in and wasn't greeted at all. That didn't bother me because they were busy. But not a single time in between was asked if I was waiting for someone. Its been 30 minutes already 1 of them just finished and takes a break. Then some guy walks in and ask if they have walk ins and said yes. He then sits down and one of the girls who just took a break walks back in who saw me come in and I was waiting earlier, then ask him if he wants a cut. Like come on? You don't see me sitting here? Seriously waisted 40 minutes not a single time any one of them acknowledged I was there. Beyond ridiculous. read more

Walked in and asked how long the wait would be. I was told that only one person was in front of me then the barber pointed to the only guy sitting and waiting. He said the wait wouldn't be long and I'd be up next. I said okay thanks and sat down. Not even 5 minutes later some guy walks in, high fives the barber and sits down. I think nothing of it, probably just friends or a regular. Until that guy goes before me. I look at the barber and he responds sheepishly with " he had an appointment. You'll be up next." Hmmmm how about no. How about you already wasted me some and now lied right to my face. I'll spend my money elsewhere. 0/5. Without even getting my haircut. read more

Arrived at Undefeated Barber Shop with some difficulty. Finding parking was quite confusing. Overall the "barbershop" does a great job hiding their awful customer service through their interior decorations. The place is nice and clean, it looks new all around. One major problem is the barbers working there...if you have a chance of seeing any. When my boyfriend arrived he (I had gone along with him) was not greeted with a "Hello," but more of a warning that his hair might not be able to get done. The lady who had called out to him told him she was only helping one customer, and unfortunately, she didn't know if other Barbers would arrive that day. Not a very kind experience, or a very responsible. The decorations was the only reason I gave them two stars... read more

I've been getting my haircut by Tony and Andy for years!!! By far some of the best barbers I've ever gone to. When talent meets skill these guys are the best and it shows. If you don't like waiting, make an appointment like the rest of us. This is a review on the haircut not my lack of planning. Keep grinding gentlemen you guys are top notch. read more

Was recommended hear by a good friend of mine, and ever since then I've never looked back. All the barbers make sure you're comfortable and treated with respect. Had a great experience at Undefeated. Their service and talent is top quality. The barbershop has a dope set up with an air hockey table, music, and sports on TV and the barbers offer you drinks like water and sodas as you wait for your haircut. Andy hooked me up with a fresh cut. I will definitely be coming back here every time read more
