We have been coming here for almost a year now. I have two autistic sons who typically do not like having their hair cut, but the customer service has been amazing. Today, we had a man and a woman, and the woman gave my more challenging son a rad haircut. It is truly his best he has probably ever had in the 11 years of his life. Thank you for being so accepting and kind. We love coming here and the boys actually ask to get their haircut now. read more

I've been going to Clipper D's for several years when the prices were $7 due to it being cheaper.and I used to get great customer service but lately I've been getting attitudes from the barbers. The last 2 visits were somewhat eventful. I'm autistic and I like to joke about myself being autistic when it comes to my hair when I style it. It's one hair out of place that drives me up a wall. The time before that I went I got a haircut no problem but I went back because when I slick my hair back there was a fade on the side of my hair and it looked bad sticking out when I slicked back my hair so I went back a couple and later to only get attitude from one of the female barbers and she trimmed it more but still didn't look good so I decided to pick my battles. I just left clipper D's again to get more attitude this time from one of the male barbers when I told him I wanted an undercut and showed him a picture and asked no fade to which I agreed and then asked me if I wanted a 0 or a 1 I asked for a 2 and he paused and said ok but if you want it shorter after that don't say anything is essentially what he said though it's paraphrased. I bit my tongue and joked yeah I don't want to annoy you and then told him I'm very anxious about my hair I gave my ok for a 1 to save a possible hassle. He said I've cut your hair multiple times I know what I'm doing which I took as him trying to be an ass. I go to pay for a haircut not for a haircut and disrespect. It's safe to say that I will no longer be returning to Clipper D's after years of being a loyal customer. read more

If you're looking for a place to get a hair "chop" then this place is for you. Toddler boy had uneven cut even after I asked for it to be fixed. Also asked for sides to get trimmed only to get a long fade. After the barber was done he didn't even clean off the hair around the ears or neck. Adult male asked for a fade but it was more like stair steps. This was our first time here with two different barbers and it will be our last. The barbers were fast and friendly but I think this is where quality is sacrifice for quantity for due to the low price. I ended up fixing both hair chops when we got home. read more

Our new barber shop! I can't believe how great this place is. They gave my 4 year old an amazing haircut. It was quick, clean, and looks so good! There was no wait at Saturday around 10am. Guy closest to the door cut way too short and way too fast. Told him an inch off the top and he made it look like a buzz cut. Maybe a 5 minute cut using only a buzzer. Son's haircut was fine from the other guy, hence the 2 star instead of 1. read more

In my opinion, this place is consistent with good haircuts and good customer service. Great price as well, something you no longer see at these "new barber shops". Have been coming here since I was 19 and I'm now 40, still will make the drive to come see Brian for a haircut. As a matter of fact, I'm about to go in right now and get a fresh cut. Awesome! Just went in took in my boys and got them a haircut. Fast and easy, the people were nice and efficient. There were three people in chairs when we arrived. In less than 10 minutes they were ready for us and the whole time we spent was less than 30 mins. $8 a piece it feels like we hit the jackpot! They also know how to handle children who cry. My youngest cried the whole time and they were so nice and understanding. Will come back for sure! Looked like about 6 chairs. If you are in the neighborhood and need a quick cut or fade I would recommend you check them out. They'll make you look good! read more

I've been coming here for over 20 years. I'm not sure why some people don't realize that this is simply a barber shop. If you want to hair styled, go to a hairstylist. If you want a quick and simple cut, this is the place for you. These are hard-working folks. Support local small businesses like these. They are a dying breed. read more

Decent cut for the price but horrible customer service. Get that it's a cheap cut but when they mess up they give you attitude when you ask them to fix it. Not worth the trouble of paying for a cut and then having to go home and fix it yourself because you don't want them to mess it up even more. Be warned, I will never be back. read more

BEWARE: The only thing this salon offers is a cheap haircut. Nothing else. I never post reviews but everyone needs to know and see this. My two young boys were there and got their hair butchered. Mistake, fix, mistake, fix to the point they barely had any hair left. Some inexperienced guy completely ruined it. Didn't listen to a word we instructed. My husband was there and got INJURED from the clipper!!!! Ripped his skin. And he wanted a scissor cut, not even a clipper cut. Again, no one in that shop listens. It was a shouting match of "stop cutting", but they just keep going to churn you out. Factory. Not service. No skills. read more

I had two extremely disappointing experiences at this barbershop with both barbers I encountered. First, I was attended by a lady whose name I didn't catch. She seemed to be in a hurry and gave me an uneven fade that was higher on one side and was poorly blended. To make matters worse, her equipment had a strong smell of body odor, which was very off-putting. On another visit, I had the misfortune of getting a haircut from David. He does not listen to instructions at all. I specifically asked for a medium fade, but he went way too high. I also told him not to cut the top, but he ignored me and cut it anyway. Been going there for 15 years since my dad clipped my ear in kindergarten. Absolutely love it. For getting a fairly plain haircut, I don't think there's a better place than Clipper D's. That being said, I often still don't understand a lot of what's being said, but the language barrier is definitely low enough that I can always convey what kind of cut I want. If you want something a bit extra, this may not be the place. I've tried some different styles over the years and rarely ever left with a cut I didn't feel comfortable with. Highly recommended. I've got a few friends who go to Clipper D's now too and love what they've got going on as well. read more

I used to come here for the quality the price was a bonus now that they keep hiring new people it is unreal - I don't know what to do about the cut ingot yesterday ... Do I go somewhere else today and try and get it fixed or just look stupid for two weeks until my hair grows out ... My fault though this is my 3rd bad haircut in a row from here ... Clipper D's good and cheap place to get a haircut. I've been going there my whole life and have never walked out of the shop disappointed. Brian is the man over there, and he can give you any style and anyway you want it. If you are looking for an easy and cheap haircut, but also still get a great look go to Clipper D's. read more
