This is my local shop and I'm ashamed to find out this is my first review. Every time I stop in for myself or my 3 young kids we have the best experience. I grew up in a small town where the barber shop was run by an old sailor who shot the shit with everyone who walked in. I've been going to Forbidden Studio since they first opened and they've been solid from day one. I've gotten cuts from Charlie, Rene, Alejandro, Josh, and Kevin, and honestly you can sit in any chair and know you're gonna walk out looking clean. I get a high skin fade every week, so I'm pretty picky about how it comes out, and they're always consistent. Everything is blended right, attention to detail is there, and they don't rush through it. I'm a school psychologist, so I need to look professional for work, and these guys always have me right. I never have to second guess how my hair looks going into the week. Also, the shop itself is always clean. You'll see them constantly cleaning their tools and the floors are never covered in hair like some other spots. Just shows they actually care about what they're doing. Good vibe in there too.
