There is a lot of differences between what Costco sells in Canada verses the states. So it's just different. So my rating is for this Costco in general and not Costco as a whole. Costco as a whole in Canada would get 2 stars because they don't accept VISA which is ludicrous. As a business owner, it's silly that Costco out in Canada doesn't accept visa. But to each its own. That's my only complaint as the establishment as a whole. But this location is our favorite! It's always clean and the staff is super friendly. I love getting to see new products that I can't get in the states. But on the flip side I miss some of the products that I used to be able to get. I've tried the poutine and it's a HIT. I love how we can order it separate and not all mixed together. No one wants soggy fries! Their pizza is good just like in the states. Out of the 5 Costco's we have tried, this is our favorite and we will continue to shop here. Thank you to the staff who have always been super friendly and super helpful. You guys rock!

The Michael Kors store, the Coach store, Cabelas, Nike and Adidas and so many many more that always have a good deal and sales. The food court is pretty good too they have tons of selection. Right outside the food court doors is this outdoor tent with picnic tables and these sweet photo ops spots! Great for eating outdoors and social distancing. The mall is really clean too.

He has many years of experience and knows what works and goes well together. He is just really good at what he is doing and he is a really nice guy as well! I chose to pick up the item, but unfortunately, the quality did not meet expectations. There was visible glue on the flowers, torn paper, scratches on the glass, and the backing paper appeared to have been previously used. I support reuse and sustainability, but this should be clearly communicated and reflected in the price. It felt unfair to pay full price for an item that showed signs of reused and damaged materials. I reached out in good faith to clarify a pricing question and then to address the quality concerns. I also spent time trying to clean and improve the item myself. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a reasonable resolution, and the communication became increasingly aggressive. I value handmade products and supporting small businesses, but I also expect transparency and a reasonable standard of quality. Sharing this so others can make an informed decision.
