First time here. Very nice - if you like shopping. As you get older, ya but so much, but everybody has a bag or two. Lots of places to eat too. Great, big selection.

I love this mall it has absolutely everything you need under one roof although it also is so large it means a lot of walking but that way you also get exercise while you're buying all the things you need for Christmas...... I spent over $780 on lingerie in their incredible Victoria's Secret store, I wish I got the name of the cashier who help me she was amazing. This is the view of the gorgeous sunset that we looked at on our way Out of the mall. And this is how beautifully it's decorated for Christmas. The small has everything saying thank you so much... Also I highly recommend the new Filipino place that serves fried chicken and spaghetti. I know that sounds like a crazy combination but actually it's unbelievably delicious and financially ridiculously cheap.

On our way back to Edmonton from a visit at the Calgary Zoo, we passed by this outlet. Since I was on vacation, I didn't have any intention to shop, I decided to kill time by strolling at the mall while my company is spending their hard earned money in some goods they probably won't ever need but who knows? Apparently, this mall is one of the biggest one level shopping center in North America. That's means no need to hunt for escalators and elevators to reach from one place to another. This mall is huge so I pretty much had a lot of exercise that day considering we also visited the zoo earlier that day. Mall is very clean with lots of interesting decor mostly cowboy stuff you usually see during Calgary Stampede. One part of the mall has decors showcasing Canadian achievements in the Olympics. There are also nice artworks displayed here and there. I eventually got tired of walking so I grabbed ice coffee from my favorite coffee shop, Tim Horton's.

This mall is pretty WOW. I like it a lot shopping here. Its great there are lots of great deals. To downtown is only about 20 mins. Its similar to American outlet here. Can be better deals too. I was able to find something at Tommy Hilfiger. Jeans for $24.99. Hard to beat that for that brand. Best outlet mall so far that I have been to.

This is first outlet mall I have been to in Canada. They are still expanding. Their restaurants section is still building other than their food court. Compare to US, this outlet mall do not have the bargain as the mall in the US. But in Canadian level, this is very good mall. All stores are enclose in one big building. They do not have cinema. But they have one electronic Game Center - Silver City. The store is very limited. But this mall may be the biggest in Calgary. They are divided into six sections. Each section is interconnected. Easy strolling. Parking is easy. Not many people during weekdays. Not sure about weekend. At this point not much of restaurants choice until the new section is build out. They have two bars for your wait on the love one.

Crossiron is a great shopping centre. Lots of stores, a few exclusives such as Bass Pro shop and Brooks Brother factory and with Saks Fifth Avenue Off and Nike Factory coming soon in November 2015. Good choices of food but limited sit down restaurants but with Milestones coming in November will help out. Location is good being on Highway 2 (Deerfoot trail) One floor shopping in a huge circle is nice to get around. Will review again once new stores and restaurants open up. Highly recommend but avoid during long weekends and Christmas as its a gong show.

This mall is pretty good. Stopped in to check out the outlet shops only to discover there really isn't a lot of true outlet stores in the mall. Yes a few deals to be had but it was kind of hit or miss. But what I really liked about the mall were the awesome art installations located throughout the mall. Seriously you have to them out. To a cave man incapsulated in ice to a massive glowing glass fire complete with night sky there is a lot to see. I also loved how the floor tiling changes throughout the mall with sections of beautiful glossy hardwood aswell. The found court had a decent selection including a half dozen dine in options. All in all definitely worth your time to check out and conveniently located just off highway 2 and Stony Trail.

Urban Planet refused Canadian 10 dollar bill after standing in a long line SHAME!!! On you treating your customers like that!

My daughter and her friend just went to your store Urban Planet at cross iron mill mall and the staff refused her friends Canadian 10 dollar bill which was the same looking 10 dollar bill that my daughter gave to pay for her item to the same teller, that is so wrong they stood in line for a half hour SHAME!!! These new bills can't be counterfeit we should be compensated for our time and the embarrassing spectacle you made a 13 year old go through so thoughtless!!!!

Omg lots n lots n lots of shops. I thought it was supposed to be an outlet mall but they had a lot of stores that did not have one sale. But I did get a Guess purse for just $38.00 tax in. This mall was huge with everything from Royal Doulton to Guess to SportsChek. There is so a play area for kids. I recommend here for a fun stroll.

I would for sure bring an out of town visitor to Bass Pro just to see it - I have never seen anything like it.

One can easily spend hours in here with the wide variety of food, drinks, and shopping options. To top it all off, there is an absolutely stunning garden on the fourth floor with ample seating and complimentary WiFi. I can see myself just posting up there and getting work done, reading a book, or just relaxing. Only downfall is that all the washrooms are on the fourth floor and with how the escalators are set up and small elevators, it can be a pain to get up there. There were a few escalators that were out of service when I visited as well. Overall, phenomenal shopping center that I will definitely be visiting often while here.

Also did a little shopping and even stopped at the Telus store for some Iphone troubleshooting. The Mall is a nice spot. Plenty of natural light from the ceiling windows. It was busy, but plenty of space to move around. Everyone was behaving themselves, adults and kids alike. There is good variety of stores to shop at. From anchor department stores, technology, clothing and personal wares. The gardens are a nice feature too. Very relaxing to stroll through and check out some of the current blooms.

You'll get treatment you'll never forget. I went in on Friday to get my child's blood work done. I came early (5pm) as the numbing cream needed time. Walk-in was to start at 5:30pm.I was paged on my phone at 5:28 pm. I went in and went to the desk. I waited until I was acknowledged by the man in the dark green shirt. He was at the counter (no one at the desk). I explained I had been paged but needed some extra time for the numbing cream to work. He did not give any eye contact, shrugged his shoulders and was arrogant and passive aggressive in his replies. I politely asked for more time for the numbing cream to work. He shrugged his shoulders. He started getting red in the face, his body was shaking and he was shuffling papers. He got angrier and more agitated the more I asked questions, like "does the numbing cream still work if it has not been on the required time?" He said, "How do I know?" and "I don't know anything about numbing cream." Calmly, I told him I would return to the lobby where I was instructed to wait, and waited longer. No one came and got me for my bloodwork. A female patient leaving the office, came to get me. The staff and the other lady at the desk that the manager was with a patient, then that there was no manager. While I was in the lobby, the lady staff member came out with a lady not in scrubs. This might have been the manager. I took my children to the lobby to wait for our ride. I didn't see the man from the lab come down the elevator so he must have taken an other route. He sat in the lobby, texting on his phone. As he left, I told him his behaiour was unacceptable.' I have worked with problematic behaviour as a career, lol. He yelled back, "I am not working right now so I don't have to be nice to you" as he came close to us as he was exiting by the front doors. My daughter was frightened. Thanks to the two wonderful strangers who waited with us outside until my husband showed up. More photos to come & updates. If you need blood work done, I highly recommend you go in at 5:30 pm during walk-in especially if you have children and need numbing cream. You'll get treatment you'll never forget.

We came to the mall to use the playplace and were going to go shopping after the kids played and got rid of some energy but because of this we will never go this mall again. The staff seemed to only care about their phones while we were trying to check in to the ridiculous app. Not sure who's brilliant idea this play area waiting app was but it's having the opposite effect that they were after I'm sure.
