The main thing going for it is the portion size, because the quality of the food is mediocre in the spectrum of divey Chinese spots. The food is not anything to write home about but there aren't many Asian food options around. I got the Wonton Soup Mixed Egg Drop Soup. The wonton skins were very thick. Then I got the Buddha's Delight vegetarian stir fry. The white rice that came with it was fluffy and soft which was good. The dish itself had too much sauce for my taste but they are catering to the American palate. They do have "healthy" menu options where you can opt for less oil, salt, MSG.

Most people order take out, but there are some tables if you want to stay and eat there, but most people just sit at the tables and wait for the takeout which is usually ready in less than 10minutes, so kudos on speed. Quality on the Sesame Chicken Combo order? Heavy on the sauce. Heavy on the batter for the sesame chicken. Broccoli barely existing in the bottom and thoroughly soaked in sauce. Fried pork rice with plenty of flavor, perhaps due to the use of MSG. Egg roll more roll than stuffing. I was surprised to see a guy order up a bunch of hot wings and naked wings with fries because, is this a sleeper hot spot for wings?! I guess so. It's a thin crispy batter unlike the other fried items, and the enthusiasm and selection made me curious to come back to try them when my tummy isn't recovering from the sesame chicken. Overall, it's basic Chinese Takeout, and it's very affordable and very filling, just may or may not get lucky on the open hours.

I asked for the general Tso extra spicy and got crab Rangoon which were a good side. I always get hot sauce and drown it. Their hot sauce is very good, especially with the chicken. This place is cash only and you should be tipping. The food is always ready in 5-10 minutes and piping hot. Make sure you try their iced tea! I wish I knew the recipe, I crave it all the time. Now that it's a hot summer day, I stop in twice a week to get a large one.

Ready fast, always super hot, and you can't ask for a better price point. Delivery is always quick too! When I called, the special came in at $11, which is a bit higher than other neighborhood Chinese spots. Since the offered Chicken Noodle as a soup option, thought I'd at least give a try. (My go-to soup, not an option, is Hot & Sour.) Note - They don't take credit cards. The delivery came quickly, albeit without an updated menu. The Chicken Noodle had a nice piece of chicken in it. The Black Pepper dish had lots chunks of the proteins, vegetables and flavor, plus was not overloaded with the fried rice. Could say, New King Wok as one of the better Chinese food spots nearby. That being said, need to see the menu. At $11 plus tip for the delivery, not necessarily a cheap eats compared to the nearby competition for what you got.

I don't think they take credit card, as I have always paid cash, so it would be nice if they did. Delivery is super convenient as the other Chinese places around are mostly take out. I received a flyer for this place when they first opened and from that first order on, they have always been very generous by throwing some extras in (usually in the form of extra sodas) which is always pretty nice. Sometimes ordering by phone feels like a screaming match, but it just reminds me of talking to my mom so I figured "eh, all in a day." I think their ordering process has gotten a little more sophisticated since I think I heard the girl taking my order today pecking it into a computer - FANCY. I will also say I am glad I am writing this review, because I always forget this place's phone number and usually have to Google street-view it, which is semi-ingenious because their awning has their phone number on it.
