The combination of ube and matcha is unbelievably creamy, smooth, and rich without being overly sweet. The ube has that perfect nutty vanilla-like flavor with a deep, authentic taste, while the matcha is earthy, bold, and balanced beautifully. Swirling the two together makes every bite even better. What really stands out is the texture it was light, fluffy, and silky soft serve that melts perfectly. The flavors taste fresh and premium, not artificial at all. The presentation is also gorgeous, making it almost too pretty to eat. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staffs make the experience even better. I'm giving Robin's Creamery another try after two very different experiences here…read more My first visit was five stars. The flavors were excellent, everything tasted great, and the cones were big and solid. My next visit dropped to three stars because service was painfully slow with only one employee working, and then we discovered that our cones had hollow centers. So we came back and gave them another chance. This time, service was speedy. There were three people working, everyone was friendly, and we got our orders quickly. The ice cream tasted great all around too. But... the products are still inconsistent. Two people had the ube cones, and those were solid. Three other people received hollow centers in their cones and cup. It's just disappointing. Everything was also extra soft this time. The ice cream was much meltier than what we've experienced here before. Not bad tasting, just noticeably different. So yes, this visit was better. Much better service and great flavor, but we still didn't walk away feeling the same way we did after that first five star visit. At $9 per cone, I think they need to deliver a more consistent product. The flavors are good and there's clearly something worth coming back for, but when the experience can vary this much from visit to visit, it's hard to justify that price.

I got a vanilla soft serve in a waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles and a cup of rainbow sprinkles on the side. The on the side sprinkles was like big condiment cup which impressed me. The ice cream was so delicious. The safe as well was so nice and cheery. The place was also packed. I will say the cone I got was almost $8 (likely due to the waffle cone) which is kind of steep for soft serve ice cream but everything is expensive these days so I'm not knocking them for it. Also this ice cream was everything and then some to me so I would happily go back and pay that price again. Will definitely be frequenting this place all summer because it truly made me the happiest.

Idk, but I am trying to find out I have a theory that they have might of sold drugs or some stuff like that. Not bringing out any offence tho. Also, if you are never opening again, let something else better take its place! When I have went, there were like 5 to 6 flavours and a few toppings... not to lie the ice cream or yogurt was not the WORST but it was not the BEST. I would not recommend this yogurt place anytime anywhere and I would never go again. But if you are thinking of going... you can't because it is closed!! Well I hope you got something out of this.. bye!

So I have been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt because they are new in town and…read morewithin walking distance of my home. But.... After four attempts I think I might be giving up on them. The first time we went they were extremely disorganized, didn't even know where lids and bags were for a to go order, and the frozen yogurt was overpriced and underwhelming. The second visit, the place was about 100 degrees! The last thing you want is to walk into a HOT ice cream place where both the frozen yogurt and all the toppings are melting. Apparently they hadn't vented the place properly and were then closed for the next two days to fix the problem. The third visit proved pretty good and uneventful so I regained hope that maybe they were getting it together. Until yesterday....I pull up to the place with my son, the lights are on, the OPEN sign is flashing in the window, the front door is open so we walk in. We are then told by someone holding a hose of some kind that they are closed! Maybe turn off the flashing open sign then? Quite annoying to then have to put a disappointed child back in the car and drive over to 16 handles. Bottom line: The people who run this shop are very very nice and I believe are trying hard to get this business going. But opening up before necessary things are done in the place, and being sporadically closed to fix these things is going to cost them a lot of customers. The yogurt isn't anything special or different from the other two places right in town, except that they actually offer a lot less choices. It is easier to go to one of those where you know what you're gonna get and they'll be OPEN!

Customer service is so important to a business, I work with customers every day and always try to leave a positive impression, so this experience stood out in a bad way. They also forgot part of our order and we had to go back to get it, and while we were there two employees (one wearing glasses and another younger girl) were talking behind us saying "well he should have reminded us that it was 4 orders," which was very unprofessional. On top of that, the ice cream I ordered didn't look anything like the menu, I even asked if it was supposed to look like that and it wasn't. I've been to other Bogati locations that were way better, so I wouldn't come back here.
