So I bought a groupon for this company with intentions of having some junk removed from my garage. I called the company and set up an appointment for a week out. I was told by a guy named John who claimed to be the manager that they would be at my home on a Saturday morning at 11am. That Saturday came and they never showed. I waited around for them and never even received a phone call. So I called them and John told me they were busy and would come the next day at 11 am. Sunday came and went and I never heard from the company. I called and left messages but I never heard back. I called groupon and advised them of the no call no show from the company and asked to have my money returned. Instead of putting my money back into my back account Groupon gave me "Groupon Bucks." On the following Monday I called the company and spoke with John and told him how disappointed I was. He said, " I'm sorry we get busy sometimes. Some jobs are bigger then others." I told him I understood that, but they could have called instead of standing me up for two days. I told John that I would leave a negative review of his company and he said whatever.

I don't rent very often and when I do it is usually a truck for moving. My first experience here was really easy, the truck was $39.99 + Tax and suited all my needs. There was some confusion over my method of payment, they authorize a card for $250 for deposit then you get charged after the rental is returned for whatever the cost is plus mileage, gas, etc. The $250 then gets put back on your card, well in my case they accidentally charged my card, luckily they were able to refund it and there was really no harm done. My second experience was just as easy, I asked for the same thing I had a month ago and there was no questions asked. Once I payed I notice the rate is suddenly $49.99 + Tax. There is no price listing I can find on the web site and when I asked about the change I was told they just moved their rates on the 1st of the month. Seemed a little fishy to me especially since it was May 1st and I was specific in asking for the same thing I just had less than 30 days ago. I would think at the time i was filling out paper work before actually renting the truck someone would have mentioned, "Hey, by the way our rates changed starting this month and it is different from your last rental". I didn't really feel valued as a customer who came back twice in a month to rent equipment and was a little upset I wasn't informed about the change in price. I guess I will stick to my normal process for renting when I need to...Cheapest Option Wins.

I had read so many terrible reviews for U-Haul or Budget, I was completely stressed out and having nightmares the U-Haul I rented wasn't available when I went to get it. So my husband found this local place, and I'm so glad! We got a decent sized trailer for 100 bucks for the weekend (50/day). They are closed on Sundays, so they don't charge for that day. They quickly hooked it up to my hitch and disconnected it when I got back. Watching these guys on the phone and with customers, it's clear they do a ton of business, and they know exactly what they're doing at this point. They even waived their late fee for me, as I overslept and brought it back 2 hours late on Monday. They don't just rent trailers either, they have pretty much everything under the sun, including party tents and equipment. I even saw slushy machines and popcorn makers. Anyway, these guys were absolutely awesome. Super friendly and great to work with, took good care of my things, and were very open to whatever feedback or requests I had for how to arrange things. Also, I got quotes from a few places, and this was by far the most affordable. Another company quoted me over twice what I ended up paying with these guys. They got a big job done quickly, moving me out of a third-floor walk-up apartment with a tricky staircase that has four turns - I was amazed at how fast it went. And they were able to get my couch down no problem, despite the fact that the company I'd hired when moving in said it was impossible to get up and made me disassemble it on the street. Would absolutely recommend these guys. I'd love to never move again, but such is life, so when I do, they are my first call.
