Some Kind of Wonderful…read more The Rejuvenation Skin Wellness & Aesthetics center in Millville is a gorgeous & calming destination that delivers quality aesthetic services with compassion and care. I was impressed from the first phone call - making my facial appointment with the warm and efficient receptionist Nancy (pictured in the bottom right of my collage). Upon arrival to Rejuvenation, I discovered a beautiful facility that radiated a calm luxury. I had an amazing Platinum HydraFacial with the talented and kind Esthetician Madelyn Dempsey (pictured in the top center of my collage) A week later I returned and she expertly dyed my eyelashes for the holidays! Is this place addictive? Because next week I'm going back for a consultation with Amanda Donaway about a few other little things I'd like to improve! This place is some kind of wonderful and I'm so glad it's right here at the beach! I had a procedure done about 3 weeks ... First, Dr Perrotta reached out the evening of the procedure and when I didn't answer my phone he didn't just leave me a message. He reached out to my husband to ensure I was good...:for me this speaks volumes about the care and concern Dr Perrotta has for his patience. 2nd, The next day another staff member reached out to again to ensure all was well. It was much longer - my face was a deep red and then turn to light brown and stayed that way for 2-3 months. On hot days, I still see the discoloration. I saw little results - had my upper lip and jowl area done. I did see some improvement in my skin texture and it did remove the sun spots but it did not remove the wrinkles on my upper lip and did not tighten the skin in the jowl area. It has been five months post procedure. It was not worth the money that I spent and the stress and downtime of post procedure. I did have some botox done in the office and that outcome was fine.

Unfortunately, I didn't take any indoor photographs to post as I was the sole customer, and I would have probably felt awkward taking pics with the service attendant in full view. If you're into a variety of fun soaps as I am, although currently well-stocked, this is someplace you ought check out! As an aside, it takes a lot for me to rate someplace a 5 star, so it's not that the shop was at all deficient, just a bit small, powerfully scented, and moderately pricey, but this is, after all, a quite popular and delightful town and destination!

As someone who worked in retail for nearly a decade, customer service is important to me. I walked in the door and was greeted by a young sales associate who asked me if they could help me find anything. I pulled up a picture of exactly what I was looking for and I had already done my due diligence and researched that ulta did in fact carry the product. He looks for a second and assured me that this location does not carry the brand design essentials at all. I almost walked out but decided to look around myself since I did go out of my way and I really needed this product or something similar. I walk to the back and find hair care products that look like they cater to black women and amazingly there is an entire section of Design Essentials. I quickly locate the product I needed and headed to check out. After arriving at the checkout I am instructed to put in my phone number. I inform the young lady I have never purchased anything from Ulta and did not have a rewards membership. She asked if I would like to sign up and I declined. She then informed me that I could not make any returns without being a rewards member. Overall I was more annoyed with the policy and the lack of knowledge of the sales associate. I'd rather someone admit they don't know or ask for help than just confidently tell me their store doesn't carry the very product I found a whole display of.
