I had a great visit with Dr. McCarrick, who was very detailed and knowledgeable. However, I received a follow-up phone call from a "Crystal" who had an extremely insulting and condescending attitude. I would highly recommend that the management consider making some personnel changes. At a minimum, she is in dire need of some customer service training. I would like to continue seeing Dr. McCarrick but I cannot make myself frequent a provider with such a coarsely rude staff member! read more

Horrendous. The receptionists had me in tears as I left the office, never making eye contact as they hurled insults in my direction. All I did was ask why they would not accept an electronic insurance card or a photo, as I had misplaced my hard copy. Worst patient treatment I have ever experienced. No communication. The office manager did not help. Oh, and then there were the blood stained gowns. Honestly, no words to describe the patient treatment. Do whatever you can to find an alternative dermatology office. read more

Not a good experience at all. Staff up front did the minimum, no complaints there. I was brought back to the exam room in less than a minute, before I could finish the requested paperwork and told to undress. The provider that came in; briefly gave me his name and started examing me, never asked anything about my history, etc. I explained I had a pre-cancer and showed where on my face; "nice job" was his comment. Then he told me I had a precancer on my nose and froze it with the cryotherapy "gun" Then he left saying "see you next year." He was in the room about 5 or 6 minutes total. It's not easy getting near naked for someone you have never met and really hard to be told you have a pre cancer lesion and no other information, treatment or prevention... BEWARE!!! No medicare advantage accepted!!!! First of all calling the office is not possible-- if they are on the line, recording tells you to call back. When you can get through it says you can leave a message for a return call in 48 hours-- no call was returned. went in person to schedule an appointment-- availability in 8 months. So after taking a mountain of info as new patient the secretary says, we dont take medicare advantage of any kind-- definitely dont take humana. I told her she could have started with that info and saved us both alot of time!! She sat there chatting with other staff the entire time--- where is the doctor whose practice is made to look so unprofessional? Not paying any attention to how public is treated that is for sure-- stay clear of this group. read more

Angela Barber was jammed down my throat when Paige Venables left the practice. My last appointment Angela was extremely irritated because I asked her to do a whole body exam of my skin. I always thought that is why you went to a dermatologist. Later in the appointment she asked me a question and when I answered her question...Her response was I don't care...I have to ask the question to cover myself. The office staff is nasty. They obviously hate their jobs. I am so.....glad Paige Venables is back in the area and practicing at Green Dermatology in Milford, DE. read more

The exam was very thorough. The questions were answered perfectly. The office clean and the staff delightful.

They do not care about their patients. I had a skin emergency have been going there for years and they told me they could fit me in in a few months. Zero care about their patients. In addition, you better love Jesus because they shove it down your throat. As a non-Christian I've never felt comfortable in this office ever! read more

After driving today 7/19/23 in thunderstorms downpours where you can't see in front of you and flash flooding, I arrived at the office 15 min late for my appt. for which I waited 8 months. The receptionist without any empathy chastised me for being late. When I mentioned reasonable accommodation for weather, she explained how busy the office was and lateness was not acceptable. It was incredibly frustrating to be told I wasn't as important as the practitioners! I asked her what the point of her missive was and she said I would need to reschedule. I am well aware that this staff attitude comes from the leaders of the organization-the doctors. In addition, my original appoint was with Maryanne Robinson, who left the practice. I was not informed that my practitioner was changed. Another admin discouraged me from seeing my previous Morgan Findlay, who recently moved to the practice, in favor of Anne Daniels. I very unprofessional, unemphathetic office. read more

The Dr is FAB! Front office staff, however leaves much to be desired. They do not even act like they care about the patient. Hey we can schedule you in 5 months, you have a rash? Oh well still five months. Unacceptable! read more
