I walked in the door and was greeted by a young sales associate who asked me if they could help me find anything. I pulled up a picture of exactly what I was looking for and I had already done my due diligence and researched that ulta did in fact carry the product. He looks for a second and assured me that this location does not carry the brand design essentials at all. I almost walked out but decided to look around myself since I did go out of my way and I really needed this product or something similar. I walk to the back and find hair care products that look like they cater to black women and amazingly there is an entire section of Design Essentials. I quickly locate the product I needed and headed to check out. After arriving at the checkout I am instructed to put in my phone number. I inform the young lady I have never purchased anything from Ulta and did not have a rewards membership. She asked if I would like to sign up and I declined. She then informed me that I could not make any returns without being a rewards member. Overall I was more annoyed with the policy and the lack of knowledge of the sales associate. I'd rather someone admit they don't know or ask for help than just confidently tell me their store doesn't carry the very product I found a whole display of.

We called this Walgreens location and they were more than happy to transfer her prescription (which was already waiting for her back at home), and had it ready quickly. The staff is super friendly and nice, and they go out of their way to take care of the customers. We were not expecting a call back regarding our request, but 45 min after we got off the phone with them, they called us back to let us know that they successfully transferred the prescription and it would be ready and waiting for us at the pharmacy. This location was large, clean, brightly lit, well stocked, and staffed with friendly people. Although we didn't use the drive through, there is also one available for pharmacy purposes. Although it's slightly out of the way from our beach house, I would drive the extra mile or two just to visit this location.

I had a tooth removed and needed an implant but due to bone loss, my jaw bone was too weak to support it. I was amazed that they could generate new bone and structural integity in the intended area of the implant with a scaffold and matrix application into where my tooth was removed.
