Out of the 4 bridal salons I visited, I had THE BEST time at Unbridaled. My Mom and Mother-in-law would agree as well. Although I did not end up purchasing a dress, my stylist, Kelly, was so fun, sweet, had great pointers and made the experience so wonderful. I don't usually post reviews, however after such a wonderful experience I wanted to share. I was feeling overwhelmed before I walked in to the store but immediately felt at ease after meeting my stylist - Kelly. She was such a pleasure to work with. Kelly was amazing, she was patient, kind, helpful, laid back and insightful. Just 30 minutes into the appointment, I felt like she knew what I was looking for and was pulling dresses that I loved. Unbridaled gives you the experience of trying on dresses without the added pressure. I never felt like my opinions were not heard and the stylist was fabulous! The designer of the dress I chose was going to be featured at an upcoming trunk show so they even suggested I wait to buy then so I could get an extra % off. I was worried about finding a place where I'd feel intimidated and having expensive dresses thrown at me and this place was the total opposite. I ended up finding the designer I loved! If you go to one bridal salon, let it be this one. Vivian was my consultant, and she made the experience unforgettable. I had already been to two other salons, and I had a mediocre experience. Vivian never pressured me into buying a dress. She helped me focus on the dresses I was the happiest in and picked some unexpected dresses (one of which I purchased). She made us feel welcome, and she didn't rush the process. I was very indecisive, and she was so understanding and patient. The selection is stunning and caters to all price points. Every dress I tried on was beautiful and one-of-kind. As a price-conscious bride, my favorite part of the experience was the respect and transparency regarding prices. Vivian only pulled dresses within my price point and informed me of the pricing when I asked. Other salons pulled dresses nearly $2,000 over my budget. The kindness and respect of the consultants are unparalleled. I loved the experience so much I canceled one of my other appointments and returned for a follow-up a few days later. I am 4 months out from my wedding date! I was getting nervous. I still hadn't found that perfect dress. I had been to 4 other bridal stores and just hadn't found what I was looking for. I went to unbridaled, met Leslie who is a sweetie and made everything so cheerful, relaxed and cool. I showed her my pinterest page for wedding dresses and she knew exactly what I was looking for. 4 dresses later I found my perfect wedding dress. I did not want to take it off! I may even be doing some alterations to the dress and Leslie offered to come with me to the store and help pick out the fabric. This store couldn't be any more perfect! This was the 3rd dress shop I went to last Saturday. I had high hopes and was SUPER excited to visit Unbridaled. The dresses were beautiful but the experience was not. At the other 2 shops, earlier in the day, everyone wanted to know who I brought along to look at dresses/my story/details about the wedding, etc. They made me feel special and made sure I was comfortable. Unbridaled, however, barely got my name and rushed me through the whole process. The person assisting me was nice enough but was not very customer service driven and seemed to be eager to get me in and out. At first she put me in the room by myself and told me to let her know when/if I needed her and we didn't even catch her name until about 15-20 min in. Needless to say, I might have been more inclined to purchase something here had I felt a little more taken care of! read more

What a terrible experience!! Walking in to what was supposed to be a fun, exciting experience and walked out 30 minutes later to a bride in tears. The individual who was supposed to be helping us was RUDE and not helpful at all. The selection is limited and they are not accommodating to a larger group! I absolutely loved my experience at Unbridaled. The shop is cute, fashionable, and very welcoming. I especially loved my experience with Lindsay, she was so helpful with everything in the shop, super nice, and very professional. Lesley has helped a great deal as well. The shop is super willing to work with any body and very professional with email correspondence. I was able to get a jumpsuit loaner shipped in to the store to try on with absolutely no hassle. Absolutely trash service. The help was terrible, and not mention rude. They do not help you what so ever. They don't have a very big selection. To iterate again THE HELP WAS TERRIBLE. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied from the service from this place. We came to have a joyful experience, but left with the bride in tears. I made a random appointment on a Thursday evening just to look. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Judi and she made my experience absolutely amazing! I cant thank her enough for going above and beyond. To my surprise I found THE ONE but my grandmother was not with us that evening and she needed to see it because she was going to help out with purchasing the dress. (Thank goodness for grandmas, right?). Unfortunately, they were completely booked the next Saturday and my grandmother was going to be out of town for the next few weeks. Well Judi worked her magic and was able to squeeze us in that very next Saturday! I was so thankful for her making it work. We all went back Saturday and I was able to say yes to the dress! Judi was an amazing stylist and made me feel so comfortable and special! I will always be thankful I stumbled across this bridal shop because they made my dress shopping experience so much better than I ever dreamed! read more

My experience at UnBridaled was so much more then I could ask for. I was nervous and hesitant about the whole wedding dress experience. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for, but knew there were so many options. When my friend and I went into the store for the appointment, the girls were great at letting us look at all of the beautiful dresses. The store is a beautiful boutique space. There was no pressure and they helped us understand what type of dresses we were looking at. Knowing that it was my first time trying on wedding dresses they encouraged me to have fun and try different styles, which they had plenty of. By the 4th dress I started to feel overwhelmed with the realty that I was about to get married, but my friend and the girls were encouraging and kept the experience light hearted and fun. Kelsey was able to narrow down to what I was looking for. She had one more dress for me to try on, and when I did, everything fell into place! The Robert Bullock shorty named, Jesse, was just perfect! They allowed me to take pictures and made me feel comfortable with not having to make the decision immediately. When I finally made the order it was easy as pie. The dress came in sooner then expected and they called to let me know. Their customer service was great from start to finish. I ended up ordering my sash and a bird cage from them as well! Now, I just want to wear my dress everyday! read more

The shop was very cool! It has a industrial vibe to it and is right next to a lot of art studios. My stylist was sweet but not very knowledgeable and was also very casual (wearing jeans and sandals) the dresses were okay but were overpriced. I had been to another salon In Houston that had the same designer and dresses for about $500 less a gown... overall it was an okay experience. read more

I had such an amazing experience at Unbridaled! I actually visited twice. My first visit and second visit were with Lindsay because I loved her so much! Super helpful with getting in and out of dresses, giving me veils to try on to complete the look, clipping me in to show off the best of each dress and being super informative of every different style of each dress. I came a second time a couple days after my first visit thinking I had narrowed it down but then went with a completely different dress. Again Lindsay was super patient and made me feel so special! I'm so happy with my purchase and especially because it came from someone who I felt cared and weren't trying to make a sale. The selection here isn't overwhelming to where you are biting your nails in stress..if you are looking to be a little different..you will def find your dress here!! I went here for my third bridal appointment. This has been the best experience thus far. The girls are so down to earth, honest and helpful. They were able to work me in on a Saturday in short notice. I felt in no way rushed or pressured at all. They have the perfect amount of gowns to choose from. Not too many not too few.
