Very disappointing experience with the Pizza Hut in Boonville, Indiana. The staff was extremely…read morerude and unprofessional, and the way customers were treated was unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was that the store closed early despite the posted business hours indicating that it should still have been open. If the hours have changed, they should be updated so customers aren't wasting their time coming to the restaurant expecting it to be open and or picking up their orders. I understand that things can come up, but there is no excuse for being rude to customers. Between the early closing and the staff's attitude, this was a very frustrating experience. I hope management addresses both the customer service issues and the inaccurate store hours.

The dining room was clean, but the tables were a total 70s throwback, with giant faded photographs of pizzas on them. Like life size extra- large pizzas??? Well, it is a pizza place.... I guess. PK is known for their strombolis. We got a whole deluxe strom. A hot ham and cheese, and an order of wings, 2 bottled sodas ( fountain was broken). The wings were practically inedible, they had a mealy texture, the skin was soft, not crispy... eww . The sandwiches, while large, were quite dry. Nothing juicy or drippy or saucy..... just dry. The ranch dip from the wings did help a couple bites. So, 46 dollars and change later, sadly won't be back to PK.
