This tastes and feels like a true, famous Chicago deep dish. The crust has tall sides to hold all that cheese, sauce, and fillings, but was soft and light. We had the special with all the goodies. I will be back. Thinking maybe next Friday. For our guests who like the thin crust, Rick's wafer crust pizza did not disappoint. Well cooked without burnt spots. I didn't eat it, so can't say how the flavors blended, but if same sauce etc as the Chicago deep dish, it must have been delicious. Service was great! I had called before they opened and left a message. I was going to be picking up pizzas on my way through Henderson coming from Owensboro to Evansville.
