When it comes to wings at least, in comparison to "the other popular wing chain" I've always thought Wings Etc was #2 -- and that hasn't changed in terms of depth of flavors in sauces and menu variety BUT when you're not comparing the two and just want a some good wings, this will do just fine. In addition to wings they have some other traditional bar foods - nachos, fried pickles, burgers, etc. They also have a ton of sauces to choose from. We didn't dine-in but if you did you'd have all the normal bar ambiance -- plenty of TVs, lots of cold beer to choose from & daily food/ drink deals.

Stopped in on Thursday, 6/25/26 to be exact, to pickup an order I placed online. My friend with me also placed an order online. They had her order but they just stared at me and yelled "YOU MUST PLACE ORDER ONLINE!" To which I said I did and they just turned around and without looking said we don't have it and you can't order at the counter. So I placed another order online, assuming they didn't receive it and I wasn't charged. Then they YELLED "NO INSIDE DINING" to my friend who opened her bag and ate a fry since we were waiting for my food now, which took 30 minutes! So we sat outside. Then after 30 minutes of waiting my order was ready and WRONG! Paid for cheese fries and didn't get anything but fries but after being yelled at twice I wasn't trying to have that conversation with the rudest staff I've ever encountered! The next day I had two charges for both orders. I've already contacted corporate. No customer should ever be treated this way! Worst part is we LOVE WINGSTOP! They have the best wings hands down & now we can't go back bc I'll never monetarily support a company that allows employees to treat customers in this manner! I'll also make sure I share this experience with everyone I know and on social media bc this is so completely unacceptable :/ I'm uploading the photos of my orders. The prices are different because my other friend decided she wanted cheese fries so i added hers to my 2nd order, which we didn't even get but paid for! Do better wingstop staff & management, I really don't want boycott this establishment

Got 10 bone-in and 10 boneless and a drink, $27 the bone in wings 5 Hawaiian sauce & 5 mild buffalo, both sauces tasted disgusting, the Hawaiian tasted like bad pineapple Heinz 57 sauce and the buffalo tasted like watered down butter swimming in grease. the 10 boneless - 5 were the same Hawaiian sauce and 5 were plain. the 5 plain were crispy and the best part of everything. from all the pics online the wings appeared to be deep fried crispy and battered, not the case with the sauced wings. WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!! Also, all tables were dirty, 5 crew members just standing around and they weren't busy, clean the place up dang! Both restrooms were out of order. Worst place to eat or even walk into. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

The fried fish and shrimp were fairly decent and had good texture. The roll was more of a sweet roll, and I thought it had a nice flavor. The gumbo was okay. I thought it was a bit too watery (I'm used to having gumbos with a slightly thicker roux, so I may have some bias towards that). Flavor wise, I found it to be very salty overall and couldn't really taste much Cajun seasoning/flavors. Finally, another thing to note is the service when dining in. Our server was very friendly and nice overall, but I think there were moments when they were not really paying attention, so the timing of placing and receiving our food was pretty slow. Not a bad place overall and I would probably come back to try other items on their menu, but I would probably order from this place as take-out next time.
