The bartender from all the way across the room was yelling at me Did I order DoorDash did not walk up to me did not offer me a drink did not ask me if I needed anything immediately went to the kitchen to retrieve my food that I paid $66 for and tip $12 and couldn't even get offered a drink lousy customer service. I ordered on line medium hot wings, tator tots and a large drink. The web site quoted it would be ready in 15 min. I got their approx 25 minutes later. When I got their, there is no line for carry out. I had to wait. then when I got up to the front their was nothing but confusion. I gave a cashier my name and she wondered off. I saw some guy behind me from door dash immediatly get 5 orders to go. Then I saw another carry out person get their food. I was not happy. It took at last 30 min to finally get my food. I paid $24.95 for this small order and the soda looked like a medium or small. WHen I got home the wings had NO sauce on them and were thickly breaded and the tator tots were hard as rocks. Overall, it was a great experience. The wait time was a little long for our entrees, but it's the week before Christmas, so I'll give them that. The wait staff was very welcoming and knowledgable of the menu. My server made a great recommendation for my partner: the jalapeño bacon burger. He really enjoyed it. This dining experience was absolutely horrible. It began with warm beer, and a vodka water that was basically just water which we waited about 20 minutes to even receive. We didn't see our waitress until our food came out an hour after arriving, only for my boyfriends Buffalo wings to literally have no Buffalo sauce on them and our LOADED fries to have barely any bacon on them at all. I personally walked up to the bar to ask for more sauce for him since our waitress was nowhere to be found and the bartender said she was going to get it. 10 minutes later (my boyfriends wings are cold) and our waitress comes to the table with no sauce so we have to ask AGAIN. I don't know what the problem is here but this place clearly needs help. My food was okay but I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. Overall the experience was good here. The waitress service was pretty awesome, She was great and very polite and helpful. The appetizer we ordered was at the table in no time, and the wings were great. We ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and the best part about it was the sweet chili sauce on it. My husband and I have been here multiple times hoping it wouldn't be so bad one time after the next. We went today to have dinner before I had to work. We arrived at 645pm, stood for 10 minutes as waiters and waitresses just walked by and never acknowledged we were there. Then when we finally got seated we waited about 15 minutes before even getting our drink orders taken, after finally getting our drinks our waitress walked away and constantly ignored us and didn't take our order for about 20 more minutes. After FINALLY getting our order taken (loaded tots and 2 burgers), we waited....and waited.....and waited.....our waitress ignored me when I asked about our food. So we waited....and waited....and waited......we FINALLY got our food at 815pm!! The burger was underdone, fries were cold, and tots were MEH. The waitress didn't care and handed us our $42 bill and walked off.............I will NEVER eat here again. I'd eat Mcdonalds first. If i could give NO stars i would. read more

From the corner of my eye, I saw the server look directly at my empty beer mug (it was only my first pint) and continue walking. We were never asked if we wanted refills. We had been finished eating for ten minutes before she brought the check and my drink had been empty for about twenty minutes. The food was mediocre at best. I don't mind paying an arm and a leg for a good meal. While not expensive, $43 for two meals and two drinks for food that I wouldn't even categorize as decent is entirely too much. I was part of a pre-planned party and when we arrived no one on premise had any clue we were coming. This party has been planned for over a month. The manager had been talked to at least 3 times with all the details of how many were attending, the food and drinks that were desired and the large quantities needed. The manager who arranged our party was not here and did not notify today's manager that we would be here. The staff was not overly attentive nor were they apologeric or sympathetic to our issue. If i were to compare the wings to anything, it would be like dipping microwave chicken nuggets in hot sauce. And, the cheese on the fries was cold. Total bill, a little over $32.00. Pricey? Also, I don't know why they let screaming kids into a sports bar. My wife tipped the bar tender $5.00, because he brought our drinks from the bar.
