What made the experience even worse was that the store closed early despite the posted business hours indicating that it should still have been open. If the hours have changed, they should be updated so customers aren't wasting their time coming to the restaurant expecting it to be open and or picking up their orders. I understand that things can come up, but there is no excuse for being rude to customers. Between the early closing and the staff's attitude, this was a very frustrating experience. I hope management addresses both the customer service issues and the inaccurate store hours.

Taco Bell in general is shit but in this case I was two for two on the drunk and making shitty decisions. Even as drunk as I was, this food was fucking terrifying. I've eaten ass while being drunk and had a better experience. The best part about the entire deal was the laughter provided by the less than worthless manager who's responses to giving me a soft taco in substitution for the main item of their promotion box.
