Even employees had said the place was unclean and unsanitary. I hadn't lived in the area in 10 years and hadn't been to this location in that amount of time. I will never go back to this store. I know people who know the manager of this store and they've told me much more than I need to know about the person and their style of working, living, cleaning, etc.

If the hours have changed, they should be updated so customers aren't wasting their time coming to the restaurant expecting it to be open and or picking up their orders. I understand that things can come up, but there is no excuse for being rude to customers. Between the early closing and the staff's attitude, this was a very frustrating experience. From the outside it seemed sketchy because it was by some weird tax place and looked a little run down...I wasn't even sure if it was open. There was one singular car around the whole building so I figured the service would probably be bad either way. I was so wrong. The sandwich artist was so kind and the food was SO GOOD. My local subways are nowhere near the quality of this one. I literally started telling people that go to my local subway about how good this one was. Absolutely no problems and wasn't out of anything I wanted. Will definitely go back sometime when I'm in the area.
