The people at the shop definitely will go the extra mile and the extra extra mile for their customers!!! The best little store in Yachats. A real old fashioned general store! They've come through for me…read moreso many times over the years when I'd forgotten to bring things I needed: a flashlight, a travel candle, and most recently a charging cord. And of course I find a lot of things I don't need, too! One of my favorite t-shirts came from here; it's got their store logo, which is an adorable little steampunk anglerfish. I'm so obsessed that I got a sticker with the same logo on it this trip (also, they have a lot of awesome stickers). On top of that, the staff are super friendly and welcoming! There's one delightful woman who has been there the last couple times, and she's a joy to chat with. I wish I had asked her name. I work retail myself, and she exudes the same warmth I try to give to all of my customers, too. It's not always an easy job, but you can tell when someone genuinely wants to make customers feel at home in their space and takes pride in their job. Also, I'm really obsessed with coming back and getting an anglerfish sweatshirt now.

Her shop is amazing - full of fascinating crafts from lots of different artists, and she herself makes gorgeous stained glass! We found so many treasures, everything was priced so reasonably, and we spent the rest of our afternoon raving about how much we love this gem of a shop.
