They've come through for me…read moreso many times over the years when I'd forgotten to bring things I needed: a flashlight, a travel candle, and most recently a charging cord. And of course I find a lot of things I don't need, too! One of my favorite t-shirts came from here; it's got their store logo, which is an adorable little steampunk anglerfish. I'm so obsessed that I got a sticker with the same logo on it this trip (also, they have a lot of awesome stickers). On top of that, the staff are super friendly and welcoming! There's one delightful woman who has been there the last couple times, and she's a joy to chat with. I wish I had asked her name. I work retail myself, and she exudes the same warmth I try to give to all of my customers, too. It's not always an easy job, but you can tell when someone genuinely wants to make customers feel at home in their space and takes pride in their job. Also, I'm really obsessed with coming back and getting an anglerfish sweatshirt now.

The nice ladies in the mercantile didn't carry any, but pointed us in the right direction to find some. There is a ton of stuff in here! So much that most likely you'll find something while perusing the store. They even have a baked goods case in front. Great little find in Yachats. Would recommend.

Her shop is amazing - full of fascinating crafts from lots of different artists, and she herself makes gorgeous stained glass! We found so many treasures, everything was priced so reasonably, and we spent the rest of our afternoon raving about how much we love this gem of a shop. The owner is so wonderful, and her kindness and generosity just added to an already fantastic encounter. We'll definitely be back!

Inside the store, there are two large rooms. One that has clothing and the other has a great variety of Myrtlewood Products. Lots of beautiful pieces like bowls, cutting boats, wooden kitchen tools, etc. There are some beautiful home decor items as well. And if you would like, they hand you a little piece of paper with the history of Myrtlewood. They also carry local coffees, ham and jellies, pickled items and wines. Very friendly people work here and they have a resident cat named "Myrtle". Definitely worth stopping and checking them out.

Everything is great quality. Everything from wooden spoons and bowls to furniture. Staff is friendly too.
