The second alteration she did for us was way too short and the pant legs were actually different lengths according to the tailor we ended up getting them re-altered (again) at. I spent a LOT of money here and ended up having to go to another place and pay for the third time to get my items altered. All that being said, she is not kind. Very demeaning and condescending. Just a grumpy and disgruntled tailor. Very sad. I would have loved to use this local business.
