The space is very clean and modern with a hint of boho chic that ties in perfectly with the beachy atmosphere. And I have to mention the playlist! The music is always so good and upbeat that it literally makes you want to get up and dance. It really adds to the overall experience and makes dinner here feel like a whole vibe. I mostly come here for dinner with my friends, and we always have the best time. We've never been disappointed! The service is consistently warm and welcoming. Tonight, our waiter, Tavage, was incredibly kind and patient with us while we were ordering. My absolute favorite item on the menu is the roasted oysters. I get them every time, and everyone who tries them ends up loving them! I honestly haven't found roasted oysters made quite like this anywhere else. The Mahi Mahi tacos and chicken tacos are also incredibly flavorful. And if you like a little heat, definitely go for the pork tacos! Overall, this is one of those places I can always count on for great food, good service, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely a beach favorite of mine!

They were able to seat us outside immediately but inside was over an hour wait. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and specials. They had about 10-12 entree items on the brunch menu and each of us ordered something different. We had an assortment: the breakfast sandwich, veggie grits bowl, topside scrambler, and classic eggs Benedict. Our kids shared the breakfast sandwich on the brioche bun. They ate the entire sandwich plus the brunch potatoes- perfect portion size for a 6 and 3 year old to share. The grits bowl was HUGE and my mother in law said she could probably eat it for 3-4 meals. My husband said 3.5/5 for the eggs Benedict and the reason was that the poached eggs were overcooked. Other than that, he enjoyed it. My topside scrambler was plenty of food and had good flavor. The peppers and onions with the home fries were perfect- loved the flavor. The drink specials were great- $4 mimosas, Bloody Marys, and screwdrivers plus had some other fun brunch cocktails on the menu. We will come back but probably request inside next time- the no-see-ums were out on the patio because the planters on the fence

We all started off with our own wine flight and I think we all got the Whites of the World one, which was delicious!! I split one with my friend, which was a good amount for us, but you could definitely order your own too. For appetizers, we got the specials burrata and Brussels sprouts. Both were amazinggggg but the best was the Brussels sprouts. I always thought I didn't like them but after eating these I found out I do! That sauce is amazing. For my entree, I got the chimichurri steak. It had great flavor, but was a little cold. I guess I didn't get any pics of dessert because it was just that good but we got the sticky toffee cake and I'm still dreaming about it!! So delicious!! Our waiter, Jonathan, was so sweet, and already split the items we split on the bill for our group like dessert without us asking and very knowledgeable of the menu especially different wines. Will definitely be back!

The fried shrimp which is usually plump and tender was tough and much smaller. My husband also had a spoiled piece of shrimp which he had to spit into his napkin. My grilled shrimp was tough and over seasoned with so much salt that I couldn't eat them. The whipped potatoes were cold and had hard pieces of potato which spoiled the whipped consistency. The service, ambiance and cleanliness were excellent as always. It's hit or miss for this restaurant food wise.

The restaurant itself is so unassuming from the outside and also really from the inside as well. It's very understated, but maintains a level of class. Nothing is overdone decor-wise and it's just... nice. And the food was wonderful. We started with deviled eggs for the table. Not one of my personal favorite foods, but even I liked it. The fried oyster on top is a great add. I had the lemon ricotta pancakes, which came with a side of bacon. The pancakes I imagined were going to be super rich, but they weren't! They were perfect fluffy, tasty pancakes with blueberry on them as a perfect topper. The bacon was just the right amount of crispy while still being just a little chewy. I also did have a nibble of the short rib hash and I am convinced I will get that for myself next time. So much flavor in just my one forkful. I was too stuffed full to eat any dessert but I will be dreaming of those beignets until next time (even tho technically an appetizer). We were served a little praline tho, which I thought was nice and of course I found a little space for! Our server was also just such a gem. The exact right amount of checking in and information on specials etc. they made an already great experience that much more wonderful. Also at a time when I feel like so many restaurants are just way overpriced, Marker32 is not. The food quality is well beyond the price they charge which was a great surprise. This spot is definitely on my will return list. Gotta try out the dinner menu.

Even if the restaurant is packed, you can usually get a spot at the bar to eat. And if you sit upstairs, you get a nice view out of the windows. They have different specials all the time, and on our last visit, they had fried crab claws with a yummy dipping sauce. On this last visit, we just had drinks and appetizers, but on previous visits, I've tried a lot of the fish dishes on the menu and have liked them all. They also have good hush puppies. Their mixed drinks are good as well. I can't remember the names of the two I tried (in the photos), but they were refreshing. My husband had an espresso martini, but instead of vodka, he had them make it with the O'Kahan Agave Mezcal Purple Heart, which is something you have to ask for. It's a different twist on the usual espresso martini. Overall, it's good food in a good spot right on the corner in the Beaches Town Center. Never been disappointed and have been eating there for years.

Parking will cost you (think it was $8 for 3 hours) but there's plenty of parking options. The restaurant sits on the corner and faces towards the beach (although you can't see the beach). It was pretty packed inside and a reservation is recommended. I liked the busy atmosphere. We started with a modelo and oysters. There were some beers on tap they ran out of for the evening. The oysters were good, but shall we than I expected. I opted for their snapper special: pan seared over jasmine rice with string green beans and a nice sauce underneath. It came out looking like a 5 star meal and tasted as such. One of the best red snapper entrees I've had!. It's hard not to give 5 stars when the fish is this amazing! Our waitress was also on point and there when we needed her. I hope to be back here again and would recommend!

As for the food? The berry salad was alright, but very light on the dressing- which made it slightly dry and the bitter arugula taste stand out. But my waitress did bring extra dressing so I ended up enjoying it. The Peaches & Cream fried green tomatoes were delicious- way more tomato than I expected in the best possible way! I feel like it should be named fried green tomatoes on the menu with the cheese and peaches left in the description. The Ahi tuna with ginger noodles was also fantastic! The noodles on the dish were actually the highlight of the whole meal. The only thing I felt really was not worth the money was the crab macaroni- which for $18 was a very basic velveeta adjacent mac with a very thin, crusty layer of shredded crab on top. In sum: the food is good, but it's definitely at a premium.
