The food came out fairly quickly as did the drinks. I'd give the wings a 7/10, the half chicken was a 8/10 and the steak entree was a 9/10. The desserts were also a 9/10. The food is amazing! Go here even if you don't like hookah. It's worth it just for the food and drinks. And the hookah lounge is closed up and the bar/dining room is not smoky or smelly at all. We got there at 6:30 on a Friday, and it was pretty empty. It does get really busy after 9 PM so get there early if you want dinner. We didn't really know what to expect. It has more of a club type ambiance and music than a dinner spot. The menu has small plates, a small sushi selection and a few entrees plus a chefs special. When we were there it was Peruvian chicken that sounded awesome, but we tried so many other things we were too full to order an entree. We got started with Lychee martinis and the spicy garlic edamame. Both were fantastic. This is my new favorite edamame. That garlic sauce was so good! Next we did the pork boa buns. The pork belly inside was crispy and flavored just right. Then the hamachi carpaccio. Very good and a different style than I usually see. Each piece had a small orange slice and the combined flavors were excellent. And finally, the double tuna roll (I think that was the name) also delicious! After dinner, we moved into the hookah lounge. It was just starting to get busy, but there were still plenty of tables in there. I was impressed that it wasn't smoky or smelly in there either. I can be sensitive to smoke and stuff and it was surprisingly nice. We went with the Magic Love, which was a mango pineapple, mint flavor. Very unique! Came back to give this place another try. The ambiance is nice, and I really love the decor. However, the bathrooms clearly have not been upgraded at all. I ordered a hookah recommended by the server ("blue...something"). It was just okay. The charbroiled oysters were disappointing -- the Parmesan on top was hard and tasted like processed cheese. I wouldn't recommend this spot for food, but I would recommend it for drinks. The biggest issue this visit was the environment. It was freezing inside, and we weren't informed at the time of our reservation that the heat wasn't working. Stopped in on Saturday night around 10pm for a late dinner and hookah. This spot is more popular than we thought. Definitely make a reservation because they were busy busy! The hostess told us there was an hour wait for a hookah, so we decided to try some of their drinks at the bar. They have a full bar and some unique drink offering from their menu. We enjoyed their mango mule. The music on the dining room side was too loud to carry on a conversation without leaning across the table, so not quite the quiet/intimate date spot. I went on a Friday night with a party of 15. We were sat down quickly. This was my first time here. The music was great the DJ was playing R&B with a mix of neo soul. The server approached our table to see what we wanted to drink or hookah. We declined the Hookah. As I was overlooking the menu; I noticed they had drink menu which most drinks were $20+. To me that was bit steep. I ordered oysters (7/10), sushi (6/10), and wings(siracha) (8/10). When the food was brought out i had the wrong order, but it was fixed. After we ordered our food that was the last time we seen our server she disappeared. So, we didn't get any refills on our drinks or water. I'm guessing they was short staffed. So, I will give them grace. Someone in my party didn't enjoy their food and the chef/manager came out was very combative. They offered to cook something else, but my party mate was not impressed with the food so declined the offer. But the staff keep being pushy. I know the location is the beach, so they have to up prices on food and drinks to keep up with the competition. The place is nice inside with Japanese art inside. Honestly, everything was great that we tried. We started off with a watermelon, peach mint hookah and it was perfect. Clean and not hard or smoky at all.
