If there were a zero rating I would give it! I called to get information if they accepted my insurance, Humana, I gave them all information and was told they accepted it. I ask if they were in network and they stated yes. A week later I went for my appointment and after it was all done, I was told me they were not in network and I had a bill for $110 instead of the $30 copay I had per my insurance coverage for this. I was then told that I had a $45 bill for something that wasn't covered anyway. They did not inform me of this before my appointment.
I then had a message from the billing department regarding payment. I sent messages and then had a conversation and was told they would talk to the manager about this and get back to me They then said that the manager would not approve any change even though I offered to pay the $75 payment. They had days to recheck my insurance information and notify me of not being in network as they had told me.
So beware using this company ....they lied to me and then failed to tell me not once but twice. I feel this was a scam to get more money. So like I said, beware if you are concerned with your finances. Also, to add, I am 76 years old and live on social security so this was not easy for me to pay.
