My wife started semi-private training sessions last year and convinced me to start in February this year. I'm in my mid-fifties and never regularly exercised, was overweight, and had horrible balance. While the workouts are tough, I won't deny that, the results are undeniable and so worth it. Doug's specialty is pushing you to do more than you thought you could do and Tori rocks at keeping your form effective and giving you positive energy and encouragement. They make it extremely difficult to cancel memberships, they hardly ever have anyone working at the gym, so any questions are not answered. When trying to discuss options on cancellation or turning off auto renewal they claim to not be able to help. They become defensive and abrasive, my wife and I have been trying to contact their billing department for months on end. No responses. Literally feels like an absolute scam. Do not go to this gym! It's expensive, zero customer service and honestly not enough equipment. They don't deserve your hard earned money. Take the cheaper option of EŌS if you need 24/7 gyms. Take Mountainside if you're looking for better quality, and good customer service. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating to have to give so much money to this horrible company.

I went in open-minded but still not totally sure what to expect. The class was challenging in the best way. It's a low-impact and high-intensity workout, similar to Pilates but not quite. It took me a second to adjust to the Megaformer, but I ended up really liking it! Kenna was my instructor, and she was incredible! There were a few newbies in my class (myself included), and she did an amazing job explaining the movements and helping us with our form. She was constantly checking in on everyone, even with the class nearly full. I was really impressed. I loved the studio and Kenna's energy. Thank you for such a great first experience, I'll definitely be back!

It's a bit too long of a commute for my fitness class needs. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease.
