Surgery's not really on the table, so I'm doing my best to heal the natural way (with a side of physical therapy). At this point, even tying my shoes feels like an Olympic event, so I'm willing to try anything that might help. I signed up for a month since it's $99 and unlimited...total no-brainer. I've done the sauna, which is amazing and private. There's even a TV in the room, so you can watch your favorite show, listen to their zen music, or (like me) blast your playlist and reflect on this next chapter in life. I also tried cryotherapy, which feels incredible and hits -100 degrees--basically the perfect follow-up to the sauna. And then there's the vibrating plate surrounded by infrared lights... that one was fun, but I couldn't stop giggling the whole time. Don't ask me why...it's just one of those things.. LOL. The service here is top-notch, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I actually have a sauna place just five minutes from home, but I still drive 25 minutes to come here--because when you find the spot, you stay loyal. The comeback is in full swing, and once this back is healed, I'm rising as Superwoman 2.0--stronger, sharper, glowing harder than ever, and still blasting my playlist while I take on the world like it owes me something.

I got to work with 2 nurses - Sam was my main one (and I feel so bad but I forgot the other nurse's name but she was tall, brown shorter hair...)...and the doctor who did my telehealth appointment was Dr. Mike who was an absolute DOLL! Literally everyone was so sweet, kind, informative, and went above and beyond. I had never had any sort of IV therapy and Sam spent sooooo much time reviewing everything with me to find out which cocktail was ideal for my concerns. We ended up choosing the Myers Cocktail with some extra goodies...they were having a sale so I didn't pay quite the full price ($180 for the cocktail alone; but I paid about $215 total). Sam put a line in my arm and I got taken to this fancy "blue" room with these amazing massage chairs...and I also got a full oxygen tank to myself. It was the best 45 minutes of my life. Sam and the other nurse came to check on me every ten minutes or so too. After I was done, I felt sooooo good. I got the best sleep of my life that night too. I ended up buying the most expensive package they had and it came down to 2 factors: the IV itself was absolutely amazing but the staff...the staff makes it worth every penny! Also - something to keep in mind: all Prime IV locations are franchised and not all are created equal! I accidentally went to the Mesa location off Gilbert Road and 60...and the vibe was waaaay different. I've done everything from , a blocker shot, steroid epidural shots, physical therapy, physio therapy, chiropractor, therapeutic massage, and acupuncture. I get a good couple of days of benefit out of it. Maybe that doesn't sound like a lot but when you have constant pain? that's an amazing amount of time to feel good. I can tell you having this done before that hours of sitting at a desk my back needed some much-needed relief. Also my shoulders were stressed from the same reason everybody else's felt stressed the pandemic and only now being able to go out into public. The person checking us in was polite Her name was Angel You fill out paperwork that if any bad things happen to you they are not liable in any way whatsoever. Pretty much common fair when it comes to paperwork and gyms. You are asked to change into a robe and then you come out and you are sized to what platform you can stand on so you're not submerged in the liquid nitrogen being vaporized around you. I can tell you the area was completely clean pleasantly smelling. Now the cooling process you will feel a tingling throughout your body and I mean everywhere and you are rotating every 15 seconds so that not one spot gets too cold. Each session is 3 minutes long and then you're out I can tell you that I feel absolutely invigorated and relaxed. I bet when the temperature hits to be 122° this year this will be a welcome the slice of heaven to just cool down.
