Before I was attending foresight, my shoulders would not stay positioned correctly backwards. Since coming, I have noticed it to be a lot easier keeping an upright posture, my shoulders feel incredibly better, and my head feels way lighter, and easier to hold up. I've been coming to Dr. Lavender and this office since November of 2012. The improvements I have noticed slowly taking place over the years are incredible. They don't pop or crack you, they use a very non-invasive way to adjust you by starting with the 1st vertebra in our spine called the Atlas. I have been a patient of Dr. Lavendar's for about 8 months now and my long-suffering back pain is virtually non-existent now. I have herniated disks and some arthritis in my lumbar spine (I am 42) and have tried various methods to deal with the pain; i.e., epidural injections, facet injections, acupuncture, physical therapy, and "regular' chiropractors, but none have helped like Dr. Lavendar, has. I was in yesterday for a re-scan and it showed that my mid and lumbar spine nerves are right where they are supposed to be now. Lifting a piano into the back of a pick up truck is a bad idea! I herniated some discs in my neck and loss strength in my arm for a couple of years. I had been seeing Dr. Lavender for quite awhile for routine adjustments, but then I had a really terrible experience here. Prior to this incident, I had no pain as long as I stayed in alignment, but then after one of his adjustments it caused me to have excruciating back pain a crossed my entire back for 2 full weeks. He said it wasn't the adjustment that caused it even though the pain started less than an hour after his adjustment and I had never experienced pain that severe in my entire life. After the pain had gone away completely and he convinced me that nothing he was doing would cause me pain, I let him work on me again doing an adjustment and muscle activation. While he was working on me I felt a burning pain in my shoulder and numbness in 2 of my fingers and the muscle in my shoulder felt weird. Before this I never had any shoulder problems before in my life but I left the appointment with all of these issues and the back pain again so he obviously caused it even though he denied it. He didn't care when I tried to explain what was wrong with my shoulder. Even though I had already paid him thousands of dollars, he wanted me to keep spending thousands more dollars to keep coming back and see if it would improve the damage that he caused even though it already wasn't helping. Seriously?? He acts like he cares but he only cares about money. Thanks to him I now have permanent chronic pain in my shoulder and pain all the way down the entire left side of my back as well as severe muscle and nerve problems that all started while he was working on me, and now after seeing tons of other specialists, none of them can figure out what he did to mess up my back and shoulder so badly. read more

Had the best massage Friday! Not only are the doctors skilled and caring upper cervical chiropractors but I love that the massage therapist, Shaina that works under their direction. She listens to what you tell her is going on with your body and if you want relaxation, deep tissue, or hot rocks you walk out on a cloud. Jessica is also incredible and does the best reflexology! COLD THERAPY LASER- Foresight Chiropractic has helped me tremendously with a recent traumatic experience I have faced.. literally. I was out playing softball on my usual Friday night co-ed softball team and I went to catch a pop fly in left field and BAM next thing I knew I was face down on my forearms bleeding and crying. I had just broken my nose for the first time EVER! It has hit me straight on the bridge of my nose. My mom having been a registered nurse told me I should be expecting some pretty nice black eyes and the swelling to stay the way it was for a while. I started the Cold therapy laser at the office RIGHT AWAY. I did one everyday for 5 days straight, and on the 5th day I did an extra two times, and then 2 times on the 6th day and then 2 times the 7th day. In total I followed the 10 laser ACUTE treatment protocol. LET ME JUST TELL YOU, I did NOT get those huge black eyes that everyone was expecting!! Instead it went straight from the back eyes wanting to form to the yellow/greenish bruised healing look by the 6th day. I should have experienced the yellow/greenish bruising by at least week 3 or 4! I am now into week 2 and the swelling is gone and I have a little soreness left and that is all. Can you believe it? Not even 2 full weeks and I already have these results.
