Finally, I decided that I had this First Nations painting and asked Mike Prior if we could use it. He was very careful to make sure he got the artwork right, was super careful with the placement and did an exceptional job. I got tons of looks and questions. What was really cool is I got a chance to meet the artist that did the painting. While Mike was talking about the painting, he was concerned about respecting the artist's work. When I showed the artist my tattoo and some of the changes we had to make to make it work as a coverup of a black tattoo. I followed aftercare instructions and did nothing to dislodge it. When I called to explain what happened, I expected a little understanding or accountability, especially since it had just been done. Instead, I was offered a discounted rate to have it re-pierced -- not a full waiver, even though this was clearly not a fault on my end. But the manager showed zero remorse, offered no solution that reflected any genuine customer service, and left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. Now I'm left without a piercing and can't afford to get it re-done because they wouldn't take accountability. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this felt like a complete lack of care for their clients. Do better. PS. the person who put in my stud was very lovely and seems experienced. I don't want this to reflect on them but instead on how the situation was handled.

From the moment I explained the issue, Amanda A was rude, dismissive, and acted as if I was bothering her. She immediately took an accusatory tone, spoke over me, and made assumptions without even listening to the full situation. At no point did she attempt to be helpful -- instead, she made it clear she had no interest in resolving the problem and treated me as if I had done something wrong. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from anyone representing a customer-facing business. I've had positive experiences at other locations, but this interaction left a very negative impression. I strongly hope management addresses this, as no customer should be treated this way.

I can't remember the name of the guy I had, a big guy. (like that's not vague) I believe he owns the place. He's not much of a talker but boy can he tattoo. Has one of the lightest touches too. He can get the ink in without making you crawl out of your skin in pain. I would love to get some more ink by him. Just need to figure out what I want.

They didn't put their very long hair up and it pretty much was touching client's skin. Didn't shade or add any grey ink and made the tattoo extremely bigger than it should along with the right side outer lines super noticeably thick. I'm shocked that the shop had such a careless artist working there. This is affecting client's confidence and appearance. And it was a cover with black ink. We trusted this shop because of the owner Mat, who has done great work on us in the past, and we originally wanted to book with him but was told by reception that Matt was really sick and not working anymore. He might have exaggerated and lied about that, because Matt shortly returned and she all of a sudden was gone (the receptionist was her husband). I didn't pay much attention to the tattoo until I was fully healed from a surgery I had and am too ashamed to tell my relative that it's a poor done tattoo and unnecessarily big, though they might know that. Shame on the place for having a tattoo artist like that working there, and for what they have caused.

It's a clean, fun, friendly environment and although Matt gets booked up and he takes awhile to get in to see, he's well worth the wait! Well now that I know more about you need a minimum of two treatments. My friends $400 included the follow up, Timeless charged $250 for the follow up....So yes, the Groupon was a "bait and switch". This is the only thing keeping him from a 5 star rating. Now the good, and why he is worth paying the same or more than where my friends went. First off microblading is sub dermal. Meaning they actually cut into your skin, tattoo artists are trained in this and understand the proper procedures to keep people safe and sanitary. Lee was the artists name. I was impressed enough on my "cheap" first visit to pay full price for the second. He was very concerned on making my brows look natural. He spent 10 minutes watching me do facial expressions to make sure the brows he drew were natural. I must say the process is fit for erotica novels. He studies your face staring deeply into your soul with his steely hazel eyes. He has no choice but to straddle your legs with his skin tight jeaned crotch.
