I've had my nose pierced since I was 14 and have never had an issue -- until I came here. I had a new stud put in, and within an hour of leaving the shop, it completely fell out. I followed aftercare instructions and did nothing to dislodge it. When I called to explain what happened, I expected a little understanding or accountability, especially since it had just been done. Instead, I was offered a discounted rate to have it re-pierced -- not a full waiver, even though this was clearly not a fault on my end. But the manager showed zero remorse, offered no solution that reflected any genuine customer service, and left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. Now I'm left without a piercing and can't afford to get it re-done because they wouldn't take accountability. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this felt like a complete lack of care for their clients. Do better. PS. the person who put in my stud was very lovely and seems experienced. I don't want this to reflect on them but instead on how the situation was handled.

She immediately took an accusatory tone, spoke over me, and made assumptions without even listening to the full situation. At no point did she attempt to be helpful -- instead, she made it clear she had no interest in resolving the problem and treated me as if I had done something wrong. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from anyone representing a customer-facing business. I've had positive experiences at other locations, but this interaction left a very negative impression. I strongly hope management addresses this, as no customer should be treated this way.

He has worked on my at least 10 times and always did a great job. If you are unhappy with the quality of the jewelry, switch it out later, but don't complain about his ability to pierce as he's been piercing for over 30 years and I trust him completely. His prices are very reasonable, so quit complaining as it's ridiculous and shows how immature you are.

Once you get to the studio, you can skip the line by letting them know about your appointment. STORE/STUDIO: Sleek, spacious, and sophisticated! There is a wide offering of jewelry to choose from, whether you're looking for dainty, more delicate pieces, or something with a bit more pop. The Piercing Studio is in a back room for privacy. SELECTION: The jewelry is more limited for in-store piercings, but they are all 14k white or yellow gold with threadless flat back titanium studs.
