I couldn't remove my lip piecing on my own & needed retainers for my chest so i needed some help. Last time I went before an MRI 2 or so years ago, they didn't charge me an instillation fee or for the plastic jewelry. This go around it was $10 for a plastic lip retainer, $20 for glass chest retainers and a $15 instillation fee. $45 for retainers???? (I understand the instillation fee & wasn't expecting anything free again but $45?!?) Oh and get this the lip one was sealed with an "O" ring and it popped off an hour later and I had to overnight ship a lip retainer and I got 30 for $7.... I went in today since they said they could put back in the piercings without another instillation fee and I mentioned I wanted to try a lip ring instead. I was given my options and was told we could change the color. The piercer brought me back, put in the ring and when I asked about the color they said I'd have to buy another one since they're supposed to do that beforehand. That was not explained to me and I would have to pay for the one she put in even though I wanted to try it out.This cost me $22 for a lip ring I don't even like and is a color I hate. No offer to discount it or a real apology. All in all save your money and go somewhere else if you need a retainer. I spent $70 total and all i have to show for it is 2 glass bars and a lip ring I hate. This is no hate to the piercer themselves I am just frustrated with the price, the fact the retainer I paid for didn't stay and the lack of proactive communication.

I wasn't expecting them to put it in for me. It's an earring I can easily replace myself. They brought us in to where the piercing chair is. And introduced us to Rachael. I said to her "The price of the jewelry includes the install? Which she replied Yes. When I went to pay for my earring. She charged me $50 for the earring when she had originally told me it was $35. Then there was a $15 charge for the install. When I asked about the charge and told her Rachael said it was included. She said no it isn't. She offered to refund it, when all the sudden the artist Rachael came out and was quite aggressive & unprofessional! She wouldn't even listen to what we had to say. We were questioning the $15 install charge. Not attacking anyone. Full disclosure is all we were wanting. Just let us know the exact amount we are going to be charged. I don't have a problem paying someone for their services. What I do have a problem with is when they DON'T TELL YOU, and you find out when you go to pay. Was handled very immature & unprofessional.

His instructions beforehand on what he was exactly going to do was informative, but not overbearing. He was so much fun and did a great, speedy job! Paid 300$+ every single time. Most of it was for jewellery which was extremely cheap. They sell it as 14k gold or something but it's definitely not that. And they don't let you have a piercing unless you buy gold jewellery which is more designer then the basic studs. So all in all very basic experience. Wouldn't recommend. Even though you get good service the piercers are still new and inexperienced and the jewellery is trash.

They didn't put their very long hair up and it pretty much was touching client's skin. Didn't shade or add any grey ink and made the tattoo extremely bigger than it should along with the right side outer lines super noticeably thick. I'm shocked that the shop had such a careless artist working there. This is affecting client's confidence and appearance. And it was a cover with black ink. We trusted this shop because of the owner Mat, who has done great work on us in the past, and we originally wanted to book with him but was told by reception that Matt was really sick and not working anymore. He might have exaggerated and lied about that, because Matt shortly returned and she all of a sudden was gone (the receptionist was her husband). I didn't pay much attention to the tattoo until I was fully healed from a surgery I had and am too ashamed to tell my relative that it's a poor done tattoo and unnecessarily big, though they might know that. Shame on the place for having a tattoo artist like that working there, and for what they have caused.

The tattoo shop is clean and he uses proper sterilized equipment. He's creative, artistic, friendly, funny and very accommodating. The other artists in the studio are also very artistic and creative. It's a clean, fun, friendly environment and although Matt gets booked up and he takes awhile to get in to see, he's well worth the wait! The photos I've posted do no justice because they are just the beginning of the creation of the canvas and they aren't fully shaded in etc but I'll come back to post more updated photos.
