We returned to Sonoma in 2026 with a small group and booked another tour. Booking and communication was a breeze. Very good. Ends up the property I rented offered a wine passport and we were to receive a discount. I called to confirm and they let me know the driver would apply the discount when we paid him the day of the tour. All sounded wonderful and was very clearly communicated. The tour in 2026 only went to 3 wineries. Two were just ok and one was not good. I don't think anyone on our tour purchased anything here. The time at each winery was like a typical tasting with some information on their winery. But no real information on Sonoma and Napa and the history of the area. At the end our driver had no clue on our discount and kept telling me he would get in trouble for charging me less. He insinuated I was making it all up. In the end he did honor the discount but seemed he did it as a favor not that it was a program that Platypus participates in. All in all I was disappointed in this wine tour and would no go on a platypus tour again and would not recommend them. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day. Luckily all the people on our tour were delightful so that made for a nice day.

She was extremely helpful and planned a perfect day to accommodate my interests in a tasting tour. Unlike many people, I was not looking for a wine party, but rather a series of quality tasting of some great California reds, especially those with some age on them. She set us up with a tour of 4 top wineries which was just right for the day. Our tour guide and driver was Doug, and he was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He seemed to know when to throw in some interesting tidbits about the history and wineries in the region, and when to give us time to enjoy the scenery and talk amongst ourselves. It was a family get together and we had a lot of catching up to do with each other so Doug's attention to that was appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience that our family will long remember. From start to finish, my ride with Divine Luxury was nothing short of exceptional. I had planned a…read morespecial evening--dinner reservations in San Francisco--and I wanted the journey to feel just as memorable as the destination. Divine Luxury and the incredible Raquel, who turned what would've been a simple drive into an experience I'll remember for a long time. Raquel arrived right on time in a pristine black Suburban that looked like it just rolled out of a showroom. From the moment I stepped outside, she greeted me with a genuine smile and opened the door like I was someone important--which, for that night, I was. The vehicle was immaculate--clean leather seats, subtle luxury fragrance, and perfectly set ambient lighting. Waiting for me inside were chilled bottles of water and a carefully curated assortment of snacks, from granola bars to gourmet trail mix, tucked into a premium leather tray. I knew right away: this wasn't just transportation. This was an experience. As we pulled out of Santa Rosa, the energy in the vehicle felt calm and effortless. Raquel's driving style is composed, safe, and incredibly smooth. She handled every curve of the highway and every pocket of traffic with confidence and ease. I never once had to glance at the GPS, check the clock, or wonder if we were on schedule. I could fully relax, enjoy the views, and just be present in the moment. There's something to be said about the power of letting go of all logistics and simply enjoying the ride--and Raquel gave me that gift. What stood out even more was how in tune Raquel was with the vibe of the evening. She matched my mood perfectly. When I wanted to chat, she was engaging and warm. When I needed to zone out and mentally prepare for the night ahead, she gave me that space without a word. It was effortless on her part, but deeply appreciated on mine. When we rolled up to the restaurant in San Francisco, I stepped out feeling like a VIP. People actually looked over to see who was getting out. It wasn't about showing off--it was about feeling taken care of, respected, and elevated. Divine Luxury didn't just get me to dinner. They gave me a sense of presence, peace, and pride walking in that door. And for someone who usually juggles their own driving, parking, and planning--it made all the difference. After dinner, Raquel was right outside at the exact time we had arranged. The car was warm, the music was set to a mellow playlist, and I slipped into the back seat without a single worry in the world. The ride home was just as perfect. I even dozed off for a bit--something I'd never risk doing in a regular ride-share. That's how much trust I had in her. The best part? For the level of professionalism, comfort, and elegance Divine Luxury provides, the pricing was surprisingly competitive. It felt like an investment in a memory--and one I would gladly make again. So if you're looking for high-end, reliable, safe, and personalized transportation in Santa Rosa, Napa, Sonoma, or San Francisco, don't waste time looking elsewhere. Book with Divine Luxury. Ask for Raquel. You'll be treated like royalty, arrive in style, and most importantly, feel like the night you planned is already something special--before you even get there.
