Looking for a job is not always an easy task, and it can be quite stressful. So finding a place that promises to help is a relief even though no place can guarantee finding a job for you no matter how good your resume is, let alone if your resume is not good. Still, the least that such a place (Ultimate Staffing Services Fort Lauderdale) can do is have some basic customer service skills. When someone submits a resume and doesn't hear back from you for more than 7 days and calls you to touch base, the very least you can do is return the call or an email stating the reason why you haven't shown any signs of life. If it's because you're too busy, you could say 'you're sorry for not replying earlier but you're very busy and once or if there's someone interested in one's resume then you'll get back'. And if it's because the resume is not good for you, it doesn't hurt to let that person know in an honest polite way that you can't do much for that person. Otherwise you might end up giving the wrong impression, one that's rude, careless, or unprofessional. And that the applicant's time has been wasted on this not-so-ultimate "staffing services"... read more

Rose Medina was someone who went to batt for me, finding prospects in as little as a day. I had previously struggled to get a single response from companies on my own. When I walked in I was greeted with a pleasant smile from the front desk clerk and had no problem getting set up in the system. Rose sat me down to get to know me better to further assist her in finding me the right placement. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed in which Rose and her team were able to operate in finding great opportunities and setting up interviews. I went into the office on a Tuesday, got setup in the system, and was able to go on an interview with a great company on Wednesday, the next day. I would recommend to anyone to go and work with this great staff. I had never used a staffing company before but with the ease that this team provides, I definitely see myself using a company like this again. Though I must disclose that I did not accept any offer that was presented, as I was working with other staffing companies, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such great people and a great company. read more

I was a candidate for a Director of Quality opportunity at a client of Ultimate Staffing Services. Just a note ahead of my review, I ended up not being selected for the role by the client, and I am actually glad they have found the right candidate that suits their needs and organizational culture. However, it does not change the fact that the entire process has been nothing but an amazing and very professional process. Evelyn M's level of professionalism towards me as a candidate, commitment to find the right candidate for her client, her dedication and knowledge not only to her client needs, but the respect towards me as a candidate has been like fresh air to me. I do believe that you are treated with respect as a candidate, and after bad experiences with "Head Hunters" with other recruiting service providers, I was glad to have had this experience with Evelyn. Great job representing your organization, your client and me as well ma'am. read more

I have to admit my first experience with Ultimate Staffing wasn't a great one, so getting a follow up call from them, I was hesitant but then I met Katherine, she was my saving grace after 4 months of unemployment, the only recruiter I've worked with in any company to go above and beyond for me and really do the heavy lifting to ensure I was hired, from interview prep to last minute phone calls, I've never felt in more determined and capable hands! If anyone is unfortunate enough to fall into unemployment, seek out Katherine and let her restore your faith in staffing agencies, Ultimate definitely has its Gem! read more

My experience with Ultimate Staffing has been Outstanding! My recruiter, Demetrius Cruz, was and IS delightful from our first interaction/interview. He is personable and professional. The position I'd originally applied for didn't work out, however, Demetrius "held my hand" every step of the way and kept me in the loop, even offered positions that I wasn't really interested in order to help me in my present uncomfortable situation. Now, after all of his tireless efforts, I have landed a great position and blessed with greater pay than expected! Hats off to the BEST recruiter I have Ever worked with! read more

What a pleasure it is to find an agency that has people like Denise in their team. She is so efficient, and get's it! Usually, agencies just want to get the commission and move on to another candidate, but Denise pays attention to what is important, which is crucial for the employee, and the hiring company and in the long run it also benefits the staffing company. I would definitely recommend the agency and above all, Denise! read more
