I cannot thank Ramona enough for the incredible leadership journey she guided me through. Coaching…read morewith her was a true turning point in how I see myself as a leader and how I show up in every aspect of life. From the very first session, she created a supportive space that allowed me to open up, reflect, and grow in ways I never thought possible in such a short time. Her insights were not just theoretical--they were strategic, meaningful, and immediately actionable. Ramona's guidance and homework were about more than learning new tools; they helped me step into a version of myself that is more grounded, capable, and ready for what's next. Over the course of our work together, my confidence grew, and my mindset shifted. I pushed past long-held assumptions about my role, built real confidence in high-stakes conversations, and discovered my authentic leadership voice. She also equipped me with practical tools to manage my energy, time, and presence--skills that have made me not only a better leader but also a more centered and capable person. I now lead with clarity, advocate for myself with confidence, and operate as a true peer to the leadership team. Ramona's coaching didn't just give me techniques; it transformed how I think, communicate, and, most importantly, how I see myself. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ramona to any leader ready to level up.

1 Star - AVOID THIS TRAINING. Unprofessional, Misleading, and Emotionally Draining…read more My experience with Al Desarro's car sales training course was hands down one of the most unprofessional and deceptive situations I've ever encountered. If you're a young, motivated individual looking to break into the automotive sales industry, this is not the place for you. I found the opportunity on Indeed and was contacted by Al's assistant. I was told I'd receive one-on-one training with Al Desarro and get real-world mentoring from established, active car salespeople at a dealership. That sold me on the opportunity. I showed up to the dealership expecting that kind of professional environment. Instead, I walked into a classroom full of trainees, not a professional sales floor. No 1-on-1. No seasoned car salespeople. Just a room full of people in the same boat as me: nervous and misled. During my first meeting with Al, I tried to start off on the right foot. He was reading "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill -- a favorite book of mine -- and I pointed that out. At first, things seemed promising. But the tone quickly changed. He asked me about my living situation and job. I told him I was a DoorDash driver and had recently moved back home due to a back injury, which I backed up by showing him my X-ray. He visibly flinched but ignored it. Instead of showing any empathy or professionalism, he told me people who live with their parents "lack hunger," "come home to warm meals," and are "leeches." That statement alone says a lot about how this man sees people, especially those rebuilding their lives. That was completely disrespectful and wrong. Still, I responded with maturity and let him know I was focused, serious about growth, and different from others my age who waste time partying. I was there to learn and succeed. He looked at me like he didn't believe a word I said, but reluctantly handed me a study guide and told me to come back the next week. I studied that guide front to back every day. When I came back, Al looked visibly annoyed that I showed up. He barely acknowledged me and acted bothered by my presence. When I confirmed I was in the right place, he seemed irritated and uninterested. Then the "training" started... if you can call it that. Al began asking obscure questions that were not in the study guide at all. When I tried to answer, he immediately shut me down and told me I was wrong, then moved to the next person. But when they got it wrong too, he gave them slack or let them talk through it. With me, he was impatient and dismissive. This repeated over and over. It was clear I had a target on my back. At lunch break, as everyone was getting ready to leave, Al pulled me aside. He looked at me like I was crazy and asked, "Why do you think you can do this?" His tone wasn't curious -- it was accusatory and condescending. I stayed professional and gave him a confident, honest answer. He replied coldly: "Well, let's see how this day goes." Later, when he asked the group what we wanted to achieve with this career path, I explained that I wanted to use it as a stepping stone to eventually start my own businesses and build generational wealth. Before I could even finish, he cut me off with "That's enough," and moved on. Ironically, another student gave a similar answer and Al let them speak freely. At the end of the day, I was pulled aside again. Al told me that he and the dealership managers had already decided (during lunch) that this wasn't a good fit for me. I was dismissed without any real explanation. No feedback. No constructive advice. Just fake well wishes. Later on, I discovered that I had been blacklisted from multiple dealerships in the city all because of Al's personal bias. He didn't just gatekeep an opportunity he tried to completely block my career path in this field. Al Desarro is not a mentor. He's not a leader. He's a bitter, retired car salesman who masks his ego and bias behind the illusion of "tough love." He is intimidated by young people with ambition and goes out of his way to tear them down under the guise of "weeding people out." He disrespected my background, dismissed my injury, misled me about the program, and sabotaged my shot before I even had a fair chance. I do NOT recommend this training program! There are better programs that will treat you with respect, coach you properly, and help you actually grow. Don't let one man's insecurity block your ambition. I hope this review helps you avoid going through the same.
