Even if you are out "pounding the pavement" and applying for jobs directly, keep in mind that some employers just don't advertise all of their open positions. It's a great service and idea, but the process is slow and some of the workers are not as empathetic as they should be. The computer lab is also outdated, but still gets the job done.

They won't help you outside of WIOA with zero income, if you're a single parent without custody, and if you have physical disabilities or no work experience.
