I second Sonia's review. Dia and Carmen take feedback personally of my feedback. They miss points. most companies want more for less. I was looking for a good company with infrastructure and solid management. somehow the jobs are designated to certain recruiters. they send one email for the week with about 8 jobs to who knows how many applicants-and random scrappy jobs per text. I felt my resume was not looked at beforehand & once I inquired about their process it all went downhill. On 3 occasions I was consistent/persistent on how I can land a role. I was encouraged to apply on my own- but you all are in the job placement field. I was ignored and given the "it's been busy here" bs but I knew it was personal when no attempt after their "rush" not even a day after was attempted. If you dont have enough staff in that big ass building and dont have the range of good pay rates, then shut it down. Rent is minimal $1100 tf!? After making a request to have another recruiter, I started calling the general number after a $18ph job slipped by. I understand Im not the only fighting to land a job but also a lot are hiring. Horrible...they come off as caring in the beginning but literally will abandon you..don't be fooled! I left a wonderful review on google about how great they were but let me give you an update...there not that great... Carmen isn't as nice as she seems so don't be fooled. Also the receptionists over there change like the days of the week so you don't know who your speaking to or who knows your information. I do not recommend them at all! Let me first start off by saying I am very new to the staffing world, and have never worked with an agency in this manner before. When I came to Pride staff, I was employed. The gentleman who recruited me was named Gio. (saving his last name to keep him somewhat undisclosed). Anyway, he was very personable, and friendly. Eagerly willing to help me. However, I was having some doubts on his credentials. I had emailed my resume (and brought a copy in when I showed up for my interview just to have a spare to be safe. He asked me for a copy when I got there, as he misplaced it or could not find the one I sent him already by email. (Thought process...how could you lose an email?) Moving on, the interview went well Gio said I had a really good resume, longevity with employment which was very rare according to what he has seen in the past, and that he had a lot of work contracts out there. He gave me some insights of some jobs he has....however he was never really able to give a complete description of one job to the other. He was sorta all over the place. I stayed for 2 hours filling out paperwork, getting everything in order. After it was said and done...he said most of his employers wanted someone to start like yesterday (his exact words). Now I did mention i was STILL employed...but the reason I was looking for work was because the position I currently had was being relocated to another state, and I did not want to move family from our family here in Florida. I advised Mr. Gio I wanted to give my present job notice if I found other employment. He wasn't too keen on that idea...but said can work with it. The interview went ok...I left for the day with the words of "we'll call you once we have something for you". Now mind you, again, my thought process in the beginning after him reading my resume and saying he had lots of contracts was wow....I am not leaving today without at least an interview set. I left with nothing but a simple "we'll call you". Two weeks had gone by no call. I took the initiative to give them a call to see how things were going. Gio advise they are still trying to hook me up with an interview...but because I am needing to give a notice....all the jobs he is finding are saying they want someone immediately. I have called several times after, resent several resumes because apparently he kept losing mine, but still the same ol' excuse. A couple weeks later, my department was relocated, and I was unemployed. Thankfully I was given a 2 month severance pay, but I still need work. I called Gio, with high hopes of letting him know I can start now. He advised me he was working on some projects that were new and that they will "call me" again when something comes up. He said before his "clients" (the jobs) wanted someone to start right away. Now, that I CAN start away, he said he has a few jobs that need someone in a couple weeks. He will contact me. I feel as if no matter what i said, he'd need the complete opposite. I decided to write a review about them to hopefully steer a hard working, honest, loyal potential employee from having the experience I had with Pride Staff. Not sure why it was on the top 10 staffing agencies to work with, because it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Very dissatisfied. read more

From the beginning Pride Staff was amazing, efficient and professional. I met with Carmen the first day there she interviewed me and from there on we began to send out my resume. If it hadn't been for hurricane Irma i would have had both interviews the week after we first met. The week after Irma, two interviews had been set up with unbelievable opportunities that i could have never found by myself. After each interview we spoke. One was for a Operations position in an International security company. The second as an Administrator for after sales parts for Hublot. After discussing these with my wife we decided to go with Hublot.
