I cannot thank Ramona enough for the incredible leadership journey she guided me through. Coaching…read morewith her was a true turning point in how I see myself as a leader and how I show up in every aspect of life. From the very first session, she created a supportive space that allowed me to open up, reflect, and grow in ways I never thought possible in such a short time. Her insights were not just theoretical--they were strategic, meaningful, and immediately actionable. Ramona's guidance and homework were about more than learning new tools; they helped me step into a version of myself that is more grounded, capable, and ready for what's next. Over the course of our work together, my confidence grew, and my mindset shifted. I pushed past long-held assumptions about my role, built real confidence in high-stakes conversations, and discovered my authentic leadership voice. She also equipped me with practical tools to manage my energy, time, and presence--skills that have made me not only a better leader but also a more centered and capable person. I now lead with clarity, advocate for myself with confidence, and operate as a true peer to the leadership team. Ramona's coaching didn't just give me techniques; it transformed how I think, communicate, and, most importantly, how I see myself. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ramona to any leader ready to level up.

I didn't think that I needed help, but of course I did - on numerous fronts…read more On the personal side I discovered that I was close living my dream. However, I needed to secure this, so it was important to align my personal future with my career future. My career future wishes were (typically for me), pragmatic. However I didn't have a plan to get there. They were a dream for the future, and I needed to get started. Sometimes all that was needed was a gentle prodding, and other times I got the (completely necessary) verbal kicking I needed. The program is tuned for your needs: along with timely and topical one-on-one discussions they skilfully use the right tools from their toolbox, at the right time. Guys don't make close friends quickly - we make acquaintances quickly, and friends in due course. However the program once again broke down barriers. Each of us were going through our own version of The Lone Ranger: struggling to do the right thing for ourselves and our families. Many of us felt unworthy to be in the group, but we were well matched. As we were learning about ourselves we met as a group, and became closer through this shared experience. The program is finished for me, but I know that I can call upon them if I have a need. I will support them in any way I can. After all, they're my friends.

There's something special about how she makes what could be a stressful experience feel like catching up with an old friend. Every year when we walk into her office, she greets us by name and asks about our kid before diving into the paperwork. She remembers the little details of our lives that most professionals wouldn't bother with, which makes all the difference. Her expertise is unquestionable - she's saved us from countless mistakes and found deductions we never would have known about. When tax laws change (and they always do!), she breaks everything down and makes sure we understand our tax returns. She was even patient the one year our dog decided to eat our tax returns. We absolutely recommend Julia to anyone looking for a tax professional who treats you like family rather than just another client. Just give her a quick call first so she can help you prepare - it'll make your visit so much smoother!
