Reached out to Ultimate Shield for a touch up on the PPF wrap on my Model X. They responded promptly and were able to get me scheduled ASAP to get it fixed under my warranty. Took about 2 hours to touch up the PPF and my car came looking better than when I brought it in! Their works stands for itself but it's their customer service that separates them from other companies. Every time I call or come in, the staff is always super professional and friendly. They make sure to let their customers know they are appreciated by providing a custom thank you note signed by the staff. Also, it's always a bonus getting to walk through the shop and see all the badass cars they work on. Saw a Lamborghini and Maybach last visit which were just *chefs kiss*. All the services we purchased were worth every penny and I look forward to bringing our new car in the next two months to get fully decked out again

Your vehicle will be very well taken care of! A complete walk around is done to address any blemishes. The car looks brand new after its annual checkup and the detail is done in a timely manner. It is a must having paint protection and this is the detailer to go to!!

In the search for a great installer for Paint Protection Film(PPF) and ceramic coating I came across this installer on Yelp and social media as a recommended candidate for my project for my new 2026 Tesla Model Y Juniper. I did get quotes and estimate for 4-5 other installers including Tesla/Xpel's website recommended and Ultimate Shield simply made the best impression of all of them! First of all the customer service from Joseph from our first communication, answering all my questions & concerns, to the scheduling process and finally to the actual service and pickup this is exactly how customer service should be done at any shop! They will keep you updated via text and/or email and very responsive. The pricing and quote was very competitive and detailed with other OC installers. Yes they are slightly cheaper than Tesla's app prices! The primary deciding factor was absolutely the feeling of being a highly valued client! I opted for the Full Front package with Xpel Ultimate plus in addition to the Silver package ceramic coating. I also added the full headlamp ppf set later. The drop off process was super easy and greeted with a warm early morning 8am smile from Joseph at the shop for our walk around and final details for any additional add on services i'd like. They do all types of additional ala carte services from PPF on other vehicle areas, or even ceramic coatings on interior or other exterior areas too. They do offer Xpel tinting services too if you so wish. The installation process took a complete 3 days to complete. Yes the timeline was fully disclosed at the estimate phase and yes they text you images as they move through each phase which is awesome to see! They also worked with my schedule for pickup as i absolutely needed my vehicle completed before the weekend for another appointment and they absolutely made there promised delivery date and time. The workmanship is absolutely first rate and top notch! This is my third vehicle with PPF and ceramic coating and i have to say they did the installation MUCH better than my previous installers. The PPF wrap are completely tucked with no visible edges and super seamless. Yes they do take off trims to tuck the film properly instead of half-assing like many other cheaper/less experienced installers. The ceramic coating and prep works was perfect also! They inspected under the shop lights, clayed, polished any imperfections out before applying the ceramic coating. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending Ultimate Shield to all my family and friends and future vehicle projects! If you want to feel like a VIP with the absolute BEST installation quality look no further! The personal note with your vehicle as a momento card is a cherry on top and just shows how above and beyond the staff work to make you feel valued and appreciated. Super thanks to Joseph, Shawn and the entire Ultimate Shield for making me a lifetime client! Until next time!

I bought a camping trailer and wanted to protect it from rock chips and road debris and someone on the camper FB group recommended this place. I was going to go on my first camping trip w the trailer in 3 days and Sean was able to squeeze me in so my trailer could be protected on the trip! I brought my Tesla in for Ceramic Xpel Prime XR Black 55% tint on the sides and back windows and, from start-to-finish, the experience was very professional. They provided great communication & service - from the scheduling, through the installation process (including text & photo updates), and on to the delivery. Everything was done within the estimated timeframe and I was sent on my way with some care/maintenance advice, a free bottle of the recommended window cleaner with application towel, and a thank you note inside of the car. I brought my vehicle in for tinting its windows and the staff there was professional, friendly, and helpful. I didn't know what to expect when I took my car there because I thought the place may be a typical auto shop. Because it was a workday for me, I was concerned about where I could work while I waited for the job to be done. The waiting area was comfortable and I was able to work remotely because the noise level was low. My car was done on time and the care they showed afterwards was excellent. They even gave me a full-size bottle of Ultimate Shine cleaner to use. The company also provides other services, such as car wraps, which I will be considering in the future. While I was scrolling and looking at dog videos on Instagram there was an add that always came up. Finally after several weeks I finally clicked on it. One question...why in the world did I wait so long? I LOVE the tint on my windows. Color is perfect, its flawless. Immediately when I got in my car to drive off, it literally felt cooler. Customer service is awesome and they responded quickly to all my questions before my appointment. Father and son made myself and coworker feel right at home as we sat in their 'blast from the past' waiting room, sipping on coffee and soda pop with Wi-Fi. They also have a TV so while you wait for your dream tint you can watch Netflix. Don't delay....TO TINT OR NOT TO TINT....THATS NOT EVEN A QUESTION. NOW GO GET YOUR TINT ON. read more

I called Sean after hours expecting to leave a voicemail and he answered and told me he had time for me to go in the next morning for a clear bra installation on our Happier Camper HC1 travel trailer. When I arrived, his guys were working on some high end sports cars. I left my camper with them and they installed the clear bra protection film on the lower front half and side wheel well areas. The reason I wanted the clear bra is to protect our camper against rock chips. I was impressed by the clean job and I could barely see where it was installed. The windshield looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I started noticing water leaking inside my car. Later I learned that shortcuts like poor cleaning, improper primer application, or not allowing the adhesive to cure properly can lead to leaks, wind noise, and even reduce the windshield's ability to protect you in an accident. When I went to OC Windshields, they took the time to explain the entire process. They showed me why quality urethane adhesive matters, why proper preparation is so important, and why rushing a windshield installation can create problems down the road. I realized I wasn't just paying for a piece of glass I was paying for safety, experience, and peace of mind. Sometimes the cheapest option ends up costing more. VERY good heat reduction I've notice inside my car on these hot hot summer days. Definitely would recommend their service, but be mindful of your time in case it isn't a 'quick' pickup.

We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ... My main problem recently has been that when my credit card expired, I updated it online, but it didn't take. But when I pulled up to get my car wash, it said the card on file didn't work! So I gave them a different card, and everything worked fine. Until next month, it asked me AGAIN for another card! Then, the machine wouldn't take it, so the attendant had to help me. Eventually it went through, but what a pain, as I'm holding up all the cars behind me. I've also had time to check out their other locations when I'm nearby. I wish this one would switch the towels to help dry the car, and the blowers just don't do the job. Sometimes I just want a quick wash and don't have time to stop at the vacuums. I do appreciate how they replace the signage and lights in the car wash when they get faded or the decals peel off. And when I think about it, there's been maybe once when a vacuum didn't work, so they get credit for taking care of their equipment. The car wash itself is still worth the monthly membership if you drive on Tustin Ave a lot, especially if they aren't busy and you just need to get some surface dust off your car. You will have to dry your windows, or probably rewash them at home if you don't dry them right away, but that's minor, and honestly, something that's kind of common with all car washes.

Artem gave us the best quote by far for both vehicles; more reasonably priced than other places offering the same services, and the quality is comparable and on point. He was very communicative throughout this whole process as well, which we greatly appreciate. He was super helpful in choosing the right tint shades for each car and made sure I was happy with everything. The finished product looks great. We are really satisfied with the results. The tint really does make a difference with the heat/temperature inside the car, and with the ceramic coating now on my Tesla, it pretty much looks brand new. Lastly, sorry for the not so great photos...they honestly do not do their work justice. (I got too excited seeing my car when it was done, I forgot to take photos when I had picked it up ). The car ended up getting totaled due to a front end accident and so I bought another one 2004 this time Little older less computer stuff to go haywire and they said they couldn't do it so I thought that was interesting but anyway, no harm no foul. The price was fair and they were very professional. They give you a physical warranty card, listing out the percentages on each window and product information so that if there are any issues you just take it back and they file a warranty claim. There were no issues with the tint. I did a walk in and I was willing to wait, but once other employees saw me waiting they all went to my car to make sure I got out of there quickly which was really considerate (although I truly did not mind waiting!). Despite moving fast, the results were perfect. The tint job was great, and the heat reduction was immediately noticed with my car. My ac sucked and the tint help it not have to work so hard to keep the car cool. I ended up trading in the car, but I attached photos I took before I had it sold. The only reason I did not go back for my new car was due to the distance from where I live but I regret it! I really wish I brought my current car to them. Trust me, they will take care of you like you are one of their own. They have nothing to hide, they are proud of their work and for good reasons.

The quality of the work is genuinely flawless. The PPF is perfectly applied with no bubbles, no lifting edges, nothing. The tint is clean and even. I've had work done on another car before and this is a different level of care and precision. What really sets Ken apart, though, is what happened after. About a month after the install, he did a full inspection of the car, just to make sure everything was holding up the way it should. He stands behind his work and that kind of follow-through is rare and it means a lot. Ken does superb work, is highly reliable, and makes sure you're taken care of after the fact. That's it. I was a bit worried about selecting the wrong shop to do my PPF. I researched online for months,…read moretalked to a number of shops, and visited 3 in Orange County. I finally decided to go with DAS and I have no regrets whatsoever. I needed a shop that could remove the old, dealer installed "ppf" that cane with the car, install some aftermarket body parts I brought with me, modify my exhaust, then add colored PPF. I primarily worked with Michael. He walked me through the entire process, was transparent about their pricing, and was patient as I had quite a but of scheduling conflicts due to work/travel. He was always responsive and answered my hundreds of questions. I also worked with Auri. He is very meticulous about the product they put out. He noticed a few things that weren't to his high standard (including a dent on my car that was there before I dropped off the car) and had them fixed immediately. Auri is friendly, responsive, and takes a lot of pride in their work (it shows). No doubt I will go to them going forward.
