I found ultimate shield through the Xpel installer listing. They have very good reviews on Yelp so I decided to go with them. Throughout the entire process Joseph was very courteous and patient. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. He showed us all the different Xpel shades and types. Also he showed us examples of what different tints looked like on the vehicles they were working on in the shop. That was very helpful to make my decision on the shade I preferred. For reference I have a new 2026 rivian r1s. We decided on the xpel XR plus, 70 on the windshield and front windows, 35 on the rears. We left the sunroof alone because it already has uv blocking on the glass. Total $1110 +$90 insurance in case of human accident ruining the tint, then there is lifetime replacement. Honestly, I wish that all auto shops treated their customers like these guys. I would definitely return if I decide on more protective services on my vehicle! read more

The work done on my car is fantasic! I went with their silver package ceramic coating cause I wanted to protect my cars' paint a bit more. Get a little more "mileage" out of it. My car already had some wear and tear damage, but they made sure to go over how that could look after they put the coat on. They did their best to minimize some of the scratches and marks before the coat. I'm sure if I went with their correction package too it would have looked 10x better. But the ceramic coat as-is was just right for me. It looks amazing and vibrant! Thank you to the team for caring for my car! Got my wife's Tesla Model Y side/back windows and windshield tinted and I am very pleased with the results from the Ultimate Shield team. The tint came out exactly how I envisioned it. I was in contact with Joseph who was outstanding from start to finish. He went over each tint option and made sure it was what I wanted, which was to have all the side and back windows evenly tinted. This was key since the Model Y has factory tint for the back and rear windows but not at the front. He knew each tint level to install for the front and the back to have it look the same. I also appreciated Joseph's responsiveness and professionalism. He sent out appointment reminders a day before and day of. He offered a variety of upgrades and additional services but never once did I feel pressured to upgrade. Overall, I felt I was taken care of by Joseph and the team. Once the car was done, we did a final walk-through inspection and a run down of the do's and dont's. As always Sean's team provided excellent service and the quality of the work is impeccable. We had the front bumper, headlights and door cups protected since those are the areas that we noticed damage on her previous car. Joseph provided great communications throughout the process and the work was completed on time as promised. In addition to the quality install, they also provided clear instructions on do's and don't as the PPF is curing. They removed my old tints with ease since my windows were in good condition and put my new Prime XR tints on. I can feel the difference on how much heat it actually blocks. Overall super happy with the results on my 2020 Sonata. I had an 8:15 AM appointment and the car was ready around noon. Impressed with the quality and how quick the team worked. I originally scheduled to tint my car elsewhere but the customer service just did not convince me and did not feel as welcoming for me. I easily had some of the best customer service working with Ultimate Shield and had nothing but positive interactions with everyone I spoke to at the shop. At no point did I feel dumb asking simple questions. Joseph was really quick to respond and extremely helpful over the phone. In person Sean walked me through what the different shades and how it might look on my car. I ended up going darker than I originally planned and could not be happier.
